Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Perfect for northern lights

This is a 35 m2 apartment 13km from Tromsø city center. Perfect for viewing the northern lights in a very quiet area! Suitable for up to four persons. One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Hybelleilighet, som ble pusset opp i starten av 2021. Bad med varmekabler. Seng i sovealkove. Plass til 2 stk i liten dobbelseng; 120 cm bred. Sovesofa som er enkel, altså plass til 1 person. Egen inngang. Varmekabler i oppholdsrom. Parkering er mulig. Matbutikk og busstopp 2 min gange unna. 20 min gange til sentrum, og 15 min gange til marka. Fjellheisen er nesten nærmeste nabo. Boligen ligger sentral i Tromsdalen.
