Holiday rentals with a patio in Tromsøya

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and comfortable—it really felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially enjoyed our chats with the hostess, who gave us a great introduction to the area, including local attractions and some amazing food recommendations. She suggested we try the local salmon, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! The room itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. We were especially impressed by the large balcony with its stunning night view—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. One detail that really touched us was the first aid kit in the room, which came in handy during our stay and truly saved the day. The kitchen was another highlight—it was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Great value for money. Fantastic view. Walking distance to the city center. Parking is a bit complicated, unmarked guest spaces and parking in Tromsø is a bit demanding. The address in Google Maps does not give an exact location, but the instructions were good.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Henrik's place for 6 nights. Henrik provided very helpful and clear instructions how to get in. It was a cosy home to us, with a stunning view over the water and mountains. And also very convenient in many respects - the walking distance to two supermarkets (5 min) and the town center, as well as the university (~30min), and a free parking space next to the apartment. The kitchen was also well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. I'd be most happy to come back anytime I'm in Tromsø.

House with incredible views of Tromsø, very warm, easy access to walk in the mountains. Morten is really friendly and very available, they gave us very good advice, we had a great stay despite the weather which was not great.

A lovely apartment, which was a perfect fit for our stay in Tromsø. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and it was well set up for us. Quick and good communication with the host both before and during your stay. A very successful stay, recommended!

The studio was spotlessly clean and very cozy. Great modern bathroom, comfortable bed, new furnishings. Kristine and her husband are incredibly likeable and helpful. They even took us to the supermarket in the evening after our arrival so that we could quickly buy something. The good tips for activities and information about the area were also particularly great. Thank you again for the lovely stay! Anytime again!

We had a really nice time in Tromsø! Christine was very friendly and sent us clear instructions on how to get to the place, where to park our car, etc. The flat is very cosy and has a big bathroom. Thank you Christine!

it's quite far from the city ( 15 minutes by taxi ) i tried to call uber at 3pm and i could't get one. Tom said i could call taxi ( or book through website ) , which i haven't tried. there's a bus stop nearby, but you must go downhill from the apartmen. if you bring many lugagges, i think taxi is best. that's the downside. but the apartmen itself, loveeee it. The view facing tromso ( from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, and from living room ) is superb. so, no regrets. really enjoyed our stay here.

It was perfect! The house was clean and it had a lot of amenities. Quality was a high standard. I was very satisfied. No neighbors and super sauna. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not in operation... Contact was always great. I fell in love with this place! Thank you Truls!

The house was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully cozy, giving us a true sense of home. Great place. We stayed at 3 different places on our Tromso visit, and wish we would have booked this one longer. Location is outside of city proper, but very easy to drive into Tromso. Up to date amenities and generous host, very helpful and nice welcome. When we return to Trom, will book again!

A very cozy and warm place to return to after exploring snowy Tromsø. It is close to several bus stops in addition to the cable car you can take up the mountain to get a scenic view. Overall a great place to stay!

Marielle's place is very spacious, clean and has a fantastic view over the fjord. It is a great location to go skitouring on Kvaløya, one route starts only a few minutes away from the house. There is a well equipped, large kitchen and a great coffee machine. Everything was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Really nice house just outside Trømso. Comes with a nice garage and all modern, cozy and warm.

Roshild’s apartment is very clean, tidy, and offers a stunning view of the open sea and mountains, especially from the bedroom and the beautiful winter garden. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need – both in the kitchen and the bathroom. I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, and this place absolutely met my standards. The only small suggestion I’d make is to add a coffee machine in the kitchen. Roshild and her sister were always quick to respond and very helpful. During check-in, they gave a nice little tour of the apartment, the building, and even the underground garage. The entire complex is modern and feels very safe. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Daniel’s place was amazing and absolutely perfect for our large group. We all had plenty of space and the large kitchen table was an added bonus for us all to be able to sit and eat together. Daniel was quick to respond and extremely helpful. His place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I’d highly recommend his place.

We had a wonderful stay. This beautiful penthouse apartment has the most amazing views. We think the best in Tromso, from the huge full length windows. Watching the ever changing weather pattern, from snow storms to sunshine became so much part of our day and it’s what I missed the most when we came home. It’s the perfect place to sit and relax before enjoying all that Tromso has to offer. The apartment is spacious and in pristine condition. Trine is a kind responsive host.

This flat has everything you need, and the view is amazing. We even saw the aurora from the balcony and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.
