Everything was perfect, we had an incredible few days, the place I chose because I took my mother, an older adult and the villa was the one indicated, on the ground floor, in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach.

Really great location and view of the ocean. We came to race the triathlon and the place was perfect for us!

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms as we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in from there. Everything else was very good. Wilson recommended where to eat and the contact to bring us things from the store. Thank you for the stay.

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

We were very comfortable during our stay, we really enjoyed the house; Maritere, Xochitl and the whole team were always attentive and helpful! Thank you for everything! Highly recommended

It was what we wanted to spend a weekend in Ixtapa. A quiet place where you can rest without worrying about parking or amenities. Pedro was always very helpful.

Absolutely stunning property. Incredible location - far enough away from the “Centro” to feel separated and private, yet, a short walkable distance to wonderful restaurants, the marina/port (for water taxi, snorkeling tours) and the downtown area. Staff were nice, and over delivered on every level. Short walk to a small cove for private beach (also had great snorkelling). One of the most memorable places we’ve stayed.

We stayed in this house and we really loved it. Everything was super clean and the photos in the ad totally match what's there, although in person it looks even better. The host was very attentive and was attentive to us at all times. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several shops, so we had everything at hand. The rooms were very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, we rested very well. We went with three cars and they all entered the garage without a problem, which was super convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, with almost everything we needed. As a detail, some lights in the courtyard did not work, but there was still good lighting. And the pool table had a small detail, but we still had a lot of fun playing it. In short, highly recommended, we would definitely come back.

Everything impeccable, Mr. Héctor's disspocision and attention was always very attentive and the communication was very steel, we had a problem with the operation of the blender and as soon as he could he was in the house to fix the problem. The house in general is in excellent condition, there is no one but on the contrary to congratulate it on the conditions in which the house is located💯, everything is working at , the house is very comfortable and the view towards the golf course gives it an extra extra, as soon as the pool is in excellent condition and with very good view and the water in the appropriate temperature. I completely recommend it by my family and I were left with a very good taste of mouth and we would definitely wash it again for our future holidays

The house is so beautiful! It is impossible to capture it in pictures. My wife and I were completely blown away when we first walked in. We knew the house would be nice and we knew the view would be nice, but when we arrived in person it far exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house is artfully decorated and very spacious. The outside has a beautiful infinity pool that is generously sized and beautifully landscaped. From the furniture to the art to the bathroom, the entire house looks and feels luxurious and is authentically Balinese. The wi-fi at the house is also excellent. My wife and I worked from home here for a month and it was seamless. The house is located in a gated community with private security. All employees in the community are great and do everything with a smile. Since you are high up on the mountain, it is a bit of a hike to and from the beaches if you wish to walk (about 20 minutes on a steep but well kept and paved hill). However, the security can hire you a taxi to pick you up from the house and it is cheap to go anywhere in Zihua by taxi. There is also parking right in front of the house if you wish to rent a car. Susana is also an awesome host, extremely accommodating and incredibly responsive to any questions! Definitely stay here!

We had an amazing stay at Habaneros, def we'll repeat for sure! Sweet pool and garden / landscaping. All worked well.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Breathtaking views, and a unique open layout of the house. We loved our stay!

Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Host and caretaker were very responsive and helpful from beginning to end. Secluded beach far from tourists and hustle and bustle of daily life. Already planning our next trip to this little slice of heaven.

What a beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay. The hospitality and responsiveness of both Tait and Claudia was amazing and beyond our expectations. The house crew were excellent and we felt right at home immediately. We had a number of requests from breakfast to other details and all the handled really well by the team and we cannot say enough about how excellent our day was. We will certainly be back and we appreciate all that the team did to make us stay so wonderful. The location of the house with its easy access to the beach and the way the house was laid out with the four bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom very close really enhanced our stay as well. Whoever the architect is for the house did an incredible job. Once again, thank you for a wonderful day and we look forward to being back in the future.
