The family cabin «Lattermild» has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

Hjertelig velkommen til vårt paradis. I vår nybygde hytte på Oppdal, ligger alt til rette for flotte fjellturer, langrennsturer og besøk i alpinbakker. Hytta ligger skjermet til i et lite hyttefelt. Stor tomt, med sol fra morgen til sent på kvelden. Stue og kjøkken, 3 soverom, 1 bad, 2 toalett, samt vaskerom med dusj i 1. etg. 2 soverom og loftstue på hems. Hems har ståhøyde på midten.. Alle fasiliteter og WIFI/fiber. Nytt uteområde med stor platt, jacuzzi og innglasset hagestue.

Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
