Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Trou-aux-Biches

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est magnifique. Et très bien équipé. C’est un endroit reposant. Contrairement aux commentaires, l’accès à la villa est facile d’accès en utilisant Waze. Célia, et Stéphanie nous ont très bien accueilli tout au long du séjour. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation🌸

Notre séjour à l'île Maurice a été tout simplement magique et inoubliable ! Nous tenons à exprimer notre immense gratitude à Jeeten, qui a été bien plus qu'un hôte : un véritable ami. Il a organisé des activités extraordinaires, nous a accueillis avec une chaleur incroyable et nous a prodigué des conseils inestimables. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu louer une voiture sans souci et profiter pleinement de l'île. La villa est un véritable paradis sur terre, sublime et parfaitement entretenue. Un grand merci à Yogita pour ses délicieux petits plats et pour avoir pris soin de la maison avec tant de dévouement. Ce séjour a dépassé toutes nos attentes et restera à jamais gravé dans nos cœurs. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour de rêve ! Et merci à Thierry qui a été proactif et qui nous a aidé à préparer le séjour ! Foncez les yeux fermés !

Emplacement exceptionnel, vue tout droit sortie d’un rêve (ou d’une carte postale qu’on n’a pas envie de quitter). Le jardin est un petit coin de paradis, entretenu par un jardinier d’une extrême gentillesse – on aurait presque voulu l’inviter à l’apéro ! Aucun point négatif… si ce n’est qu’il faut partir à un moment donné (et ça, c’est cruel) . Bref, on reviendra, c’est une évidence !

Staying at Sharvins was amazing. with views of the bay a standout. very relaxing with nice restaurants within a short distance. sharvin and family made us very welcome.

This is a fantastic place. Everything we hoped it would be. The gates to the grounds have security. It’s very private, secure and peaceful. The place is better than the photos. Management is first class, we hade Fiona looking after us, which made the stay very relaxing, knowing support if needed is on hand. Fatima came in 3 x week to make sure the place was clean and tidy, which resembled hotel service. This is a very well run place to ensure your holiday goes the way you want it. The location is brilliant with access to Grand Baie for restaurants and beautiful scenery as well as Choisy Beach which is our favourite beach. Plenty of supermarkets around to get essentials and food, as well as shopping malls. We can’t rate this place enough.

Nous avons passé un super séjour pendant 11 jours ! Nash est un hôte très réactif et sympathique tout comme son père qui a été très accueillant. Le logement est encore mieux que les photos sachant que nous recherchons un logement privée et paisible, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable surtout au bord de la piscine. Il aurait était encore mieux si la piscine pouvait se chauffer surtout en cette période d'hiver ! Merci beaucoup pour tout et peut-être à bientôt☺️

Great location. We loved the privacy of the place, with the beach in front of the garden. The area is not touristic, which we liked (we had a rental car). Geraldine is a nice host, we had good contact.

The host was very polite and let us do the late check out. The apartment was clean and spacious. It's fully equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Two beautiful beaches are in a walkable distance, while a coffee shop, restaurant and small supermarket are in the neighboring building. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay (2 adults, 2 kids) at Abhi`s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to to the beach and daily shopping, about 10-15 mins walking, nevetheless, renting a car can be a big advantage. Abhi was very friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We faced some issues with hot water at the beginning but Abhi did everything to solve it in a very short time. He also helped us to arrange some activities. At the end of our stay he surprised us with a very delicious home made creol lunch which made our day :) We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended to anyone! Thank you Abhi!

Sehr schöne Penthouse Wohnung. Modern und schön eingerichtet, viel Platz. Wir waren 4 Personen, und wir hörten einander nicht (Lärm, Duschen WC etc.), es ist innen gut isoliert / abgetrennt. Küche super eingerichtet, schöne Dachterasse mit gutem Gasgrill. Grosse Poolanlage im Innenhof der Residenz. Amit hat uns sehr freundlich unterstützt und Ratschläge gegeben. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Ziele / Strände gut erreichbar.

Buongiorno. abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Christofer una settimana. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, pulito e con una signora che ogni tanto viene a pulirlo. E' situati al centro del paese nella via dello shopping e vicino a ATM e supermarket. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort tranne la lavastoviglie. La terrazza all'ora del tramonto è spettacolare. Christofer con noi è sempre stato presente e gentilissimo in tutto: ci ha trovato un taxi che ci portava in giro, organizzato bellissime gite in barca ed al check out ci ha lasciato per un pò piu tempo la casa, in poche parole una persona squisita. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, direkt ein wunderschöner Strand in der Nähe , ca 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ken war super nett und hat uns noch Tipps für einen weiteren Strand in der Nähe gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind auch vorhanden. Mit einem Auto ist man auch zu den Verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch gut angebunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist top... Geraldine hilfreich und hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt...Vielen Dank... Leider mag der Nachbar keine Kinder ( 2. Etage re) hat unsere Kinder jeden Tag angegangen auf französisch ..laut...aggressiv und total unfreundlich Mit Kindern die gerne am Pool spielen und auch mal lauter sind... ist das nicht das richtige... da die Nachbarn alle ihre Ruhe haben wollen und jeden Tag stresst geschoben haben... schade... da es uns bei Geraldine echt super gefallen hat

Toller Empfang von Vincent und seiner Mutter. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral zum Strand, Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gut umfangreich ausgestattet. Ruhige Gegend mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Haustür.

Accueil très chaleureux de Mohnish le propriétaire, qui renseigne sur les restaurants et activités dans les environs. Emplacement à l'entrée de Grand Baie. Proche des plages du nord ouest et du nord est. Logement conforme à la description, bien équipé, propre, calme. Superbe séjour dans le nord. Merci Mohnish.

Ambroise is a great host.... very responsive and detailed from Day 1. The property was clean and well maintained. The two turtles at his place are fun to watch and Ambroise was kind enough to lend his private Kayaks to us. It was a fun experience exploring the reef on the Kayak. Thanks for having us Ambroise!

We had a wonderful week in Tatiana's beautiful apartment. The view of the Indian ocean was spectacular. We practically had the pool and beach to ourselves when we were there as very few others around. Tatiana was very responsive, particularly when we had an issue with the hot water on day one. It was all fixed very quickly. I hope one day we can return as it was the perfect base for us to explore the area. Thank you!

Le logement de Geoffray est très agréable, propre, au calme et très bien situé. Vous avez la plage de bain bœuf à 2 minutes à pieds, le winners pour vos courses à 2 minutes en voitures et si vous avez peur d’être dépaysé un Super U à grand baie à 20 minutes de voiture à peine. Nous avons été accueilli par Myrella la maman de Geoffray qui est adorable. Tout c’est très bien passé et Geoffray reste disponible et réactif dès que nous on avons eu besoin. Nous aurions aimé prolonger notre séjour dans le nord juste pour ça mais le sud nous appel.

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this property in Flic en Flac! The host(Tawhida) was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and personally came to meet us during check-in. She gave us a clear walkthrough of the house, which really helped us settle in quickly. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Flic en Flac public beach. Perfect for morning strolls or catching the sunset! The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like home. We especially appreciated the dedicated covered parking space, which made things very convenient as we had a rental car. Check-out was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Flic en Flac. 🌴🌊

Le logement se trouve dans une résidence paisible, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Il était d'une propreté irréprochable. Laurent a été particulièrement accueillant et disponible, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille à La Gaulette. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s’y sent comme à la maison! La vue depuis la terrasse est tout simplement incroyable et permet de profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil! Literie confortable, nettoyage régulier, proche d’un service hôtelier, la grande classe. 🤩 La communication avec Stephanie a été très facile, les informations et recommandations fournies étaient toujours utiles. Merci Stephanie pour votre aimable accueil, nous espérons être de retour bientôt! 😍

The villa is absolutely beautiful. Artistic fixtures everywhere that gave the feel of walking through an art gallery. Swimming pool, gym & jacuzzi all included in your stay. You couldn’t really ask for more. Florian was an amazing host, clear & timely communication, suggestions on what we could do every day (even BEFORE check in) on different parts of the island. He was persistent is ensuring we had a great experience. We have stayed at SO many different airbnbs all over the world & honestly I would say Florian is the best host we have encountered. I’m not just saying this, we don’t owe him anything this is just a true reflection of our experience. We stayed in a hotel before we stayed here & wished that we had found this place & stayed here the whole time. It turned our trip from good to great & is a big reason why we would even return to 🇲🇺. If I could rate our stay 7 stars I would as 5 doesn’t even do it justice. Thank you Florian for everything & we hope to stay with you again!

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration. Thank you so much Romain, you’re an absolute star! Till next time!
