Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

La estadía en la casa de Alexander fue genial. La casa grande y espaciosa con una hermosa decoración para nuestro grupo de 8 personas fue perfecta y excelente con todas las comodidades necesarias. La casa es tal y como muestran en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente, muy receptiva y nos atendió muy al igual que contestó rápidamente todas las preguntas realizadas. El área de la piscina y el jacuzzi en el patio un toque refrescante y hermoso para disfrutar en grupo o en familia. Un lugar muy encantador que te invita a quedarte en él nuevamente en un futuro.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en la casa de Martín y amis hijas y ami siempre nos encanta todo limpio y Martín es un excelente anfitrión vuelvo para mis próximas vacaciones

When i return to Puerto Rico, this is definitely where i would want to stay. The house is great. Looks just like the pictures . Not one single complaint. We loved the pool and the view is fantastic. Corey made sure we had all necessary instructions and even checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues. Corey is a great host. The house is away from the tourist section and my guests loved it. We got to experience some of the local restaurants. Plenty of space. Bedrooms are good sizes as well.

I loved this listing , it was close to San Juan and near everything else . Me and my friends are a young crowds so it was so nice to stay somewhere quite at night away from San Juan’s rowdiness. The pool was so cute and lights up at night which is an awesome vibe ! Loved it !!!!

Loved everything about this place. Views amazing & loved the sound of the nature at night. Super peaceful getaway! Money well spent. I plan on returning again to this location when revisiting PR in future.

Casa Serena definitely lives up to its name. Absolutely without a doubt a 5 star property with a 5 star host. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy the true beauty of Puerto Rico’s countryside away from the city and the noise. Johanna was an excellent host. She was lightning fast to respond, friendly, accommodating, and patient. She made us feel right at home. By far one of my favorite stays to date!

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

Feels like a home away from home. Host responded almost right away when I had trouble getting in and even seemed like she was on her way to the airbnb to help as soon as I texted her. Very responsive. Upon arrival, you are greeted by chicks and chickens. A beautiful quiet neighborhood. Very cozy and relaxing home. Fully stocked home with everything one would need. 10-15 mins away from the airport. Lovely home and an amazing host! Will be booking again for future stays.

Paola was very responsive and assisted with any questions we had. The home was beautiful, the view was amazing and the home had enough space for all 8 of us! The internet was down when we arrived and she promptly had it serviced and we had internet with in a few hours! We would definitely book with Paola again!! Thank you so much for having us!!!!

Great place neighbors do party lol so you may hear them turning up also the neighborhood is ok just dont walk after 7 or dark on the main street could get a little rough if your not used to a little urban living other than that this place will blow your mind and not your pockets!

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

El lugar es excelente. Muy espacioso. El baño está hermoso con agua caliente. Me encantó que tenían una bandeja con esponjas para bañarse y dos cepillos de dientes con pasta (ya que eso muchas veces se nos olvida). Lo único es que la señal para los canales de TV era bien poca y los canales que salían, eran de películas antiguas y en inglés. Nunca encontré los canales locales. Pero en fin, la TV es lo de menos. El lugar está genial accesible, con estacionamiento y tranquilo. ¡Volvería a quedarme!

Jonathan’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was even better than the pictures. We stayed here for a week, it was close to everything we wanted to do. We all really enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. The backyard/patio was one of my favorites spots, especially the hammock. Bonus points because they had beach chairs, playing balls, and a cooler we were able to use on our beach days. Also the battery was running low on the front door and I let Jonathan know, and they someone came the same day while we were out to replace the battery. I recommend Jonathan’s place to anyone!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view indescribable so peaceful and relaxing great for your kids & just to enjoy. If i could put 20 stars i would the place was so clean , Santos was so friendly & generous & very welcoming , definitely well worth the price for EVERYTHING you get . They have delicious food places near by and affordable if you’re on a budget . This is definitely going to be my go to place with my family when coming back to Puerto Rico my kids loved the pool the design everything ! 100/10 so glad my family and i chose this place to stay can’t wait to be back !

The place is beyond beautiful, peaceful and quiet. You only here the sound of nature and the view is something else. In the morning seeing the rise of the sun was for me specular. Lovely getaway if you want to be out of the hussle of the city and town. Melvin was very responsive to my needs. Definitely would go back to stay, but for more time.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!
