I can't understand all the negative reviews on Google Maps at all. The hotel was as advertised, it was clean and the staff were friendly. The only thing that disturbed was the volume from outside, because the balcony door is not really lockable (not well sealed). But otherwise everything was perfect! The fees are transparent and you will be informed in advance. The shuttle was a good way to get into the city.
