Loved it, thank you. Quiet neighborhood, close to several shops with everything you need at regular prices. The station is a 5-minute walk away, there is a staircase, but you need to ask the locals for the road, the map shows 800 m bypass. The center is a maximum of 10 minutes walk. 2nd floor, there is an elevator. There are no cabinets in the apartment, but there is a large pantry. Bed linen, dishes are clean. There is a washing machine. There is a balcony in the courtyard It's quiet at night and during the day. Adjustable heating. Good value for money. I spent most of the day out of the house so it was perfect for me. Will come again.

It was a great experience. We stayed with a big company in Skola for four days. We arrived in the ugly morning and we were all greeted right at the train station, it was very nice. We were taken to the house and told us where everything was. The house itself is located in the heart of the city, a supermarket where you can buy everything you need and a market. The house has a lot of space, if you want you can make kebabs, there is a large cozy gazebo and an equipped place to relax. I encourage anyone to stay in Skola to visit.

Staying with Victor and Martha is one that you often remember with a special warmth. In the house and the attitude of the soul invested and it feels like everything from the cleanliness of everything in the house, to the flowers in the yard, the food that the hostess prepares. It's an incredible mix of Italian and Ukrainian flavors. We were treated to the most delicious mushroom gravy and bruschetta with tomato. We were helped in all questions: they called a taxi to another village, booked a bath, conducted an expert on our mushrooms)) wonderful people! I will be happy to come back

Three separate bedrooms, one on the ground floor (1 bed) and two on the second (one for two beds + 1 single, in the other the same), on the ground floor there is a spacious living room-kitchen with a large TV and a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, on the second floor there is a dreigue with a wine. Nice clean, bright apartment. Very good location, in a new building, 5-7 minutes walk to the pump room, center, park, and supermarket. Cozy panoramic wreaths, near which you want to sit with a mountain of coffee and a book. By the way, about coffee. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and more. Microwave, oven, everything is in great condition. Dishes and all kitchen utensils are available. The apartment is very clean, cozy and comfortable! We rested with a small family with a child, it was very convenient. We will definitely come back and recommend. Ms. Elena is a very hospitable and pleasant person :)

Hi. Pavel and Lililja are great hosts. It is a wonderful serene location and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any traveler, whether just an escape from the city, a brief recuperation or a holiday. Pavel's herbal hot tub and cold tub treatment is wonderful too. There is a delivery menu with a range of well-prepared Ukrainian classic dishes on it which is great for staying in.
