We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

The Loft is a conversion, which has been done to a very high standard, just on the outskirts of Albrighton. It has private parking and entrance. Also access to an EV charger. Located by David Austin Roses, one of the leading rose breeders in the world. The RAF museum at Cosford is just a 5 minute drive away. Also within easy reach is Ironbridge and the Shropshire hills.
