Villa holiday rentals in Tsambika Beach

Starting with the host - great friendly gentleman. Clear set of instructions on arrival. This guided us to local restaurants, taxi services, places to visit. The Villa is very well equipped. The outside grounds are really well looked after. The swimming pool for ideal for our family (young teenager and 8 year old children). The view from the terrace was beautiful. On some mornings we were able to see dolphins swimming close to shore. Inside was very modern. The tilt and turn style windows with the shutters were ideal. The villa is close to several restaurants. Stefanos sea food is great if you like fish. There is a really nice Pizza place with a beautiful back garden. Recommend hiring a car if you’re going. We didn’t, lots nearby but there’s more to see. We took taxis to local towns which was reasonable in cost. I found the area that the villa was to quiet (my wife loved that however). If you do go, there are lots of busier towns. Recommend Lindos. The beech is unreal.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this lovely villa! From the moment we arrived, our host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly responsive—whenever we needed anything, she replied right away and was always happy to help. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful garden, which offered great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind—it really made our trip extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved staying at Le Petit Refuge - it was just what we needed - and Nikos and Stefanie were always responsive when needed ( we couldn’t get the wifi to work but they had it sorted within an hour). Beds were comfy and beautiful views from both bedrooms. Shower was lush! Sitting outside for breakfast in the little courtyard under the awning made us feel completely Mediterranean. We had - probably the only rain of the year on our first two days but amazingly there is a 5* spa for 20 euros really close by which was wonderful. May (2025) when we went is perfect time of year to go if you don’t like intense heat and prefer a quieter town. I am vegetarian and you can find dishes in the restaurants but it wouldn’t be so easy to have variety if I was vegan. I spoke to one restaurant and he said he had created a vegan menu but it wasn’t ready yet so maybe things are changing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikos’s place and would stay there again if we came back to Stegna.

Super nice hosts! We felt very comfortable. Practical is especially the supermarket 2 minutes around the corner. The beach with nice restaurants is also immediately accessible. Thank you for everything!

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

this was booked as a last minute holiday with limited availability on the island so expectations were not too high. From the outset, Greg and his team responded immediately to questions and offered plenty of useful guidance and assistance. the villa was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. nicely situated just outside the village which is full of English speaking locals all very friendly and a few minutes drive from Faliraki and beaches. 4 large bedrooms meant we had plenty of space each but all combined with a lovely communal area outside centered on the pool. The owner arrived on the second day to introduce himself and even sourced us some charcoal for the planned BBQ that evening. would happily go back, was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family and we were even offered a free late checkout to accommodate evening flight home. thankyou

Absolutely fantastic stay! Leontios was an exceptional host—communication was smooth and easy from the start, and his directions made finding the house fairly straightforward. Note that it seems like you have to drive on the beach, but you are on the right path as you quickly turn left up his driveway. The property in Lindos was even better than expected. The outdoor areas were the highlight for us—beautifully maintained lawn, a sparkling, refreshing pool, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was perfect: just a short walk to beach bars and some great local restaurants, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private escape. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Leontios place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway in Lindos. Five stars all the way!

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

This is a beautiful property with a fantastic pool, spacious garden, and easy access to the sea. The house is located in a peaceful part of the island, with a cool breeze even on hotter days. There are some amazing restaurants nearby (we fell in love with Almyra) and you are around 35 minutes from Rhodes Town, Faliraki or even Lindos. We had an unforgettable week with our family and would advise anyone looking for a larger property on Rhodes to come here. From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

We didn't have any issues with the house

I cannot recommend this property or Emmanouil as a host enough. The villa was beautiful, spacious and clean with plenty of space around a generous sized pool to lounge. It was also incredibly close to the centre of Kolymbia and it was easy to arrange travel to other parts of the island. Emmanouil was the most amazing host you could ask for, he went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. All of us who went are so genuinely thankful to him for making our trip just that little bit more magic. He was so kind and adaptable to us and met our needs before we could even voice them. A perfect host for a perfect property.

Dimitra is a great and very nice host! She was always quick to respond to our messages and was super helpful. We landed as early as 10 in the morning, although check-in was actually only possible from 4 pm – yet we were allowed into the accommodation earlier, which was really great. When we wanted to play football spontaneously at 10 p.m. in the evening, she immediately turned on the light to the place – totally attentive and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you Dimitra!

Kostas and his father Giorgos were truly Superhosts with a capital S! They took such amazing care of us throughout our stay – arranging a taxi to the airport, and even driving us to and from the supermarket. Their hospitality went far beyond what we expected. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The pool is large, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped – it had everything we needed and more: a hand blender, iron, plenty of dishes and glassware, a washing machine, and even pool toys. Honestly, this house was better equipped than our regular home! We would be more than happy to return – thank you so much, Kostas, for a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

We booked Kyriakos' accommodation for a friends vacation and it was wonderful! The beach, which is right (!!!) next to the villa, is wonderfully quiet and very beautiful. There is also a nice beach bar within walking distance with a large selection of food and drinks. The villa itself is beautiful and has a pool, Kyriakos himself was super helpful and everything was very clean. We would definitely come here again!

I had a fantastic time in this space! The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor area was both comfy and spacious—perfect for relaxing. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Annie, who provided excellent support and shared some wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to return!

An absolutely beautiful villa. Came here for 5 days and had an amazing time! The host, Michaela, was superb from start to finish and was always at hand to give us the help we needed throughout the stay. Any questions we had were answered very quickly before our stay and also during! The large open space at the front was amazing with a large pool! The villa inside is really nice and modern. I can definitely say I will stay here again and cannot recommend the villa enough! 10/10 stay!

Amazing place to stay! The host is so welcoming and provides a huge list of suggestions on places to go and where to eat! The villa is even better than the pictures and is spotless! Definitely rent a car, it’s about 10mins in the car to the old town so it’s in a perfect location. Highly Recommend 5 ⭐️
