Apartment holiday rentals in Tsarevo

The app is spacious and close to a Lidl and 2 beaches. It’s a bit further from the center, but that makes it less noisy. We walked to the center and it was only 1,5-2km to the old town. The parking was very easy to access. The kitchen has a basic equipment, but we only staid 1 night so didn’t need more. Communication was going really well and was clear!

Много сме доволни от апартамента на Диана. Беше чист и уютен. Кварталът е тих и спокоен. Спирката е наблизо и бързо се стига до центъра и Летния театър. Препоръчваме мястото на всеки, който иска да посети Бургас!

Lazur is a small but very comfortable apartment at the top floor of a typical 'panelka' apartment block. I stayed for 1 week and it had all the amenities I needed except laundry, but I was able to wash some clothing in the sink and dry them on a small rack in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable for one person. Firm mattress and quality bedding. Could fit two but may be tight. Everything is designed for comfort. The neighbourhood looks a little dirty but it felt safe and is in a convenient location ; less than 10m walk from the sea garden and beach and is close to 'Demokratsiya' street where you can take a bus to the airport, coach/bus station or attractions like Aque Calidae. Use the Transport Burgas app for local buses as they do not appear on Google Maps. You can also buy tickets with the app and scan the QR code at a machine on the bus. There are also restaurants, cafes and a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. Overall for the price I highly recommend this place

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch wurde eine Babybett gebracht. Viktor war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Strand. Rundum mit allem zufrieden. Gerne wieder !

Logement très paisible ! Propre ! personnels très agréable et un peu à l'écart ( 20min a pieds ) de la zone d'influence de Sunny beach. Très belle plage a 5 min à pied. Si vous voulez un logement qui correspond aux photos et de la description je vous le recommande fortement ! Si par contre vous souhaitez faire la fête toute la nuit dans votre logement, ce n'est pas l'état d'esprit de cet dernier qui est un endroit chill. Bonne expérience !

We loved our stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Stancho was waiting to show us around when we arrived, and he’s super nice and helpful. It’s obvious that the hosts have gone above and beyond expectations to make their guests’ stays perfect. Lots of supplies, including a bounty of coffee pods! :). The location is convenient; mere steps from the Sea Garden and an easy walk to the pedestrian streets. If there were a category higher than Super Host, these guys would earn it!

Great place,right on Sozopol’s coast,would definitely recommend booking it. Host was very helpful and responsive. Everything was smooth and as described.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The view is beautiful and a beach is right in front of the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment. The area of Tsarevo is beautiful, with a beautiful coastline and great beaches! Recommend!

Жилье соответствует описанию. Легко попасть в апартаменты. В апартаментах было все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. На территории два бассейна. Очень красиво и можно приятно отдохнуть. Спасибо, мы еще вернемся

Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

Very functional space, simple, has everything you need. Lots of construction in the area currently (2025) But will be very nice after those are complete. Lots of great kitchen devices, tools, spices for cooking and a really great shower. Lovely windows you can open from multiple directions. Private. Easy access and parking. Great explanation with photos for check-in. Nice stay

The location is excellent - close to the station, the city centre and the sea. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The place looked like the pictures, and provided cozy atmosphere during my stay. I highly recommend! 👌

Perfect location just a few minutes walking from the centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a house (separate entrance, can be seen on photos) located on a quiet street. Everything needed as amenities can be found, the place was perfectly clean, smelled amazing. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, stylish modern furniture and decorations. Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende alles MEGA. Reibungslose Check in, bzw Check out. Im Zimmer ist alles praktisch und bequem ausgerichtet. Man hat fantastischen Blick auf“s Meer. Das Zimmer ist mit kleine, aber sehr bequeme Küche ausgestattet und man findet da alles, was dazu gehört. Gibts auch ne Klimaanlage, Nagelneu 👍👍👍. Irina ist immer erreichbar und gibt nützliche Infos. Bis zum Strand geht man ein paar Meter. Wir waren volle zwei Wochen und sind sehr zufrieden geblieben. Slawa.

lovely stay, the apt complex is beautiful with 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds available. The apt itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach only a few minutes walk. would defo recommend.

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Апартаменты находятся на 7 этаже в блоке G отеля Barcelo. Две комнаты, немного уставшие уже, но нам это не доставило никаких проблем. В апартаментах нет ничего, даже губки для мытья посуды, поэтому нужно иметь ввиду, что придется покупать все, в прямом смысле этого слова. Посуда есть и ее достаточно, стаканы, тарелки, ложки , вилки, посуда для готовки. Очень не хватало стиральной машинки конечно, но этот вопрос вполне можно решить. Отдельно хочу отметить балкон , мы там проводили все время, что находились в апартаментах. Завтрак с частичным видом на море и на Немебр. Из минусов отмечу диван в гостиной, нас было 3 взрослых человека и кто-то должен был спать на этом диване. А спать на нем практически невозможно (( В целом все было отлично! Хозяин всегда на связи, оперативно отвечает, подсказывает что-то если это необходимо. Местоположение идеальное! В самом центре. Ночью достаточно шумно, так как молодежь гуляет до 4, а то и до 7 утра )

Чисто, охайно, велика та зелена територія . Помешкання викликає позитивні враження.
