We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - close to everything you might need, from restaurants and shops to public transport. We rented a car during our trip, and having free parking available (either on the street or within the apartment complex) was a huge plus. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As two young girls, we felt completely safe in the area, even when walking back late at night. Maria was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this place for two friends or a couple looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable base. Would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. The apartment just felt like home - the perfect home 😂♥️. I would definitely book again. And I even checked with them and found that there is a nearby 3 bedroom apartment that is even more amazing (if that's possible), when we come with the kids. 10/10 👍🏽

Our stay at Alvinos's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, he was friendly and always quick to respond. The location was perfect for us, right in the Old City of Limassol, making it easy to explore historic sites and enjoy many restaurants and the marina, all within walking distance. The accommodation itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would highly recommend Alvinos's Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Limassol.

This place is amazing, even nicer than it appears on the photos! Spotless clean! Within 15’ walk to the center of the city and the Marina! The hosts are super friendly and replied to my messages in less than 30’ each time! If it falls within your budget i can’t recommend it enough!

So far, this has been my best experience staying in the old town of Limassol. Huge thanks to Roxane and her assistant for their warm hospitality. I felt very comfortable here – I basically had a whole section of the house to myself. Everything I needed was available: a comfy bed, a spacious bathroom with great water pressure, high ceilings, a cool atmosphere, and a unique vibe that makes the place feel special. Next time, I’m definitely coming straight back here!

Es el sitio perfecto si quieres hacer turismo en toda la isla por qué tienes todo a una hora.El alojamiento está genial súper cómodo y acogedor. Si en el futuro vuelvo a Chipre sin duda volvería a coger este alojamiento.100% recomendable

Alloggio pulito, in ordine, zona tranquilla in pieno centro storico di Limassol dal quale è possibile raggiungere tutto. Però, la prossima volta, almeno una bottiglia d’acqua fresca in frigo e qualche capsula per la macchina del caffè potreste anche farla trovare :-)

The apartment is excellent and clean, located in a quiet part of the city. We had an issue with the air conditioner, which the host resolved immediately. He responded to all messages promptly and efficiently. Sometimes it was a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature between hot and cold, but everything else was flawless. Great apartment, comfortable bed, everything was clean, and the terrace is beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality. We’ll see you again!

The apartment was perfect for us. It is well appointed but not cluttered. The furniture and fittings are excellent quality and tastefully arranged. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the island or walking down to the beach for a dip in the sea. For us it had the added bonus of being close to relatives. Although you are aware of road noise from the A1 when you first arrive this diminishes to virtually nothing when you close the front door or are enjoying the exceptional views from the balcony. We would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending others to do the same.

I loved the area and the apartment! The apartment and the area is very beautiful, the apartment has two balconies one above the other with a spiral staircase, dining and coffee furniture and a great mountain view. Very private balconies, very beautiful green big gated area with swimming pools, gym, kids playgrounds, grill area, walking paths, completely new and very nice looking. The apartment had a dishwasher which was important for my long stay and it's new and very nice looking. My Mall and Ladie's Mile beach are very close. Christakis is a very nice, pleasant and helpful person, our communication was always very nice. I can highly recommend this apartment, I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Wonderful new building and apartment, modern and comfortable

Beatiful view and peaceful location, the overall penthouse was clean, only the outside area needs a little bit more improvement. Host was very helpful and quickly responded to our queries! We had an issue with the hot tab, but fortunately we were able to find a technician and resolved the problem!

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is right near the beach, by some great restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Felt right at home during our stay!

Logement conforme à la description Séjour agréable, le jacuzzi sur le rooftop est vraiment très appréciable. Si vous disposez d’un véhicule pour vous rendre à Limassol, je recommande fortement.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und mit einem perfekten Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Evis war schnell und freundlich. Evis ist ein hilfsbereiter und sehr guter Gastgeber.

Appartement très agréable. Petit supermarché proche. Quartier calme. Belle vue, jusqu’à la mer et ses couchers de soleil. Alena est très accueillante. Prête à nous renseigner et à nous aider si besoin. Très agréable séjour.
