At an altitude of 1,100 m, you can enjoy a refreshing summer in the highland forests of Karuizawa, as well as a quiet, cold winter with heating throughout the house, high thermal insulation and airtightness, making it warm and comfortable indoors, and it can also be used as a base for touring the ski slopes. Enjoy a barbecue on the large balcony that you can access from the living room. Barbecues in the forests of Karuizawa are exceptional. Harunire Terrace Dragonfly Hot Spring is a 2-minute drive, Prince Outlet and the ski resort are a 10-minute drive. We have opened a 22-tatami underground studio! If you are not good with insects, etc., I think you will have a little resistance, so please book with that in mind. In winter, it gets below freezing around here. Please note that the heating facilities in this guest house are mainly kerosene stoves and kerosene fan heaters. We also have electric appliances, but if you use too much, the safety device will work (smart meter) and the electricity in the house will flash, so please do not use a lot of electric appliances at once. An earth leakage meter is also installed.
