I like the facilities so much. But maybe need to add trash bin inside the room or bathroom, put some extra pillow and mattress. The kitchen is so satisfying. My family had a great moment cooking and eating together there. The extra plastic for rubbish is so helpful to keep the kitchen clean. The washing machine is helpful to get our shirts dry faster after swimming. Overall i recommend this place and will be super duper excellent with those extra pillow and mattress. ❤️

Danniel and team are excellent people. Value for money. Close by to most of the things. Danniel is available on wp all times 24x7. Place is excellent. Will stay next time for sure.

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

Great accommodation for big family. Fully air-conditioning rooms. Toiletries, towels and detergent are provided. Very kind and considerable, allowing us to check out 30 minutes late. Overall we are satisfied. Thanks. We are happy with our stay!

We stayed for 2 nights. On the first morning of our stay, we witnessed the majestic view of Mt Kinabalu during sunrise. We rented 2 houses. The brown house (Lalita) is very comfortable for a family of 4-5. The house has an excellent outdoor kitchen & dining area. Also a barbecue stand is provided. We also booked the blue house - suitable for 5 pax with basic amenities provided and the one with the best view. Parking is provided near the units or can use guest parking nearer to the main road. Located in the heart of Kundasang town with supermarkets & eatries located nearby. Our host was quick to reply to our queries. Turned out to be a very comfortable & memorable stay for our family. Truly good value for money. A home away from home.

The unit is a bit cramped. But the owner is kind, to change to a larger unit even though you need to add money.

Owner very friendly and very particular to stress out muslim concept. Feel at home with all complete kitchen stuff ready to use. Allow extended check out even another guest will get in. No fussy checkin such as collecting deposit or whatever. Convenient staycation.

Travelled with a 6year old and parents. Good place to just chill and relax with good facilities. Just that the pillow and bed is a bit too soft and old. One towel has stain on it. But overall it’s good.

The accommodation is close to every attraction by foot, such as Jesselton point, seafood market, handy craft market. in the facility, there are towels, and kitchen with a simple cooking ware, refrigerator, micro wave and toaster. and we really appreciate that there is a washing machine with detergent. Mr Almend is really friendly person, introducing local recommendations, and he organised the local tour. we joined in river close. he drove us to the ferry. we saw monkeys, sunset, and fire flies. we really enjoy staying at his accommodation. thank youm

Matches the pictures, the room is clean, the host responds to questions quickly, short stay of 12 hours (call Grab to the airport in the early morning for convenience), downstairs is Imago department store, very convenient for those who don't want to go far to eat and buy gifts.
