Exactly what the host has advertised and how I expected it based on prior reviews. Hosts are extremely warm and friendly too. Had a great time and would book this place again if I’m not in a hurry and would just like the peace and quiet outside city center.

this is the 2nd time we stayed in one of the host's units and once again, had a really great time. we chose this unit as it was not in the center of the city hustle but still accessible and near if we want to visit the city attractions. the caretakers were very responsive, kind, and they gave us good advice on what to do in the city. the building was quiet and easy to locate, with cafes, marts, and restos around. the room was spotless, smells nice, and has all the amenities we need. i was hesitant at first cos i get really bothered on a hot day and the room listed only a ceiling fan, but it did the job perfectly and more. overall, this was a satisfying and hassle-free stay, the perfect option for a restful and comfy baguio stay we want. we will definitely get one of the the host's listings whenever we come back to baguio. thanks for hosting us again!

Summer's place was superb! It offered a perfect blend of peace and quiet while being conveniently walkable to all our destinations. We'd definitely book it again on our next Baguio trip.

I booked this Airbnb for my boss, and we’re very happy with the experience. A day before check-in, we requested an extra amenity, and Ms. Mariella kindly accommodated it. She was responsive and ensured all instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. My boss shared that the unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely view from the balcony. The location was also ideal - the building has its own cafés and restaurants, and it's surrounded by even more great dining spots. If you enjoy walking, you'll love how close it is to landmarks like Pink Sisters Church, Mt. Cloud Bookshop, SM Baguio, Session Road, the Cathedral, Ili-Likha Artist Village, and more. The parking area is spacious, and only just a 5-minute drive from Victory Liner PNR if you are commuting. Booking was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay for my boss. Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️

Worth the price

Madali lang magcheck in. The hosts even allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Clean unit. Complete kitchen utensils. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, always checking on us kung okay lang ba kami, etc. Overall experience was 10/10.

Great place to stay! The only issue we had is the kitchen faucet is not working. But not really a big deal to us.

Host was responsive before and during the trip - even when there was a power outage, also check-in and out was easy to contact. Parking available for our large van, location was great and about 10 min drive to the central area but also quiet with a lovely view. House was clean and cosy for our large family of 8. There were more than enough plates and pans to cook and eat. Toilet had water heaters. Apartment was on level 4 though so might be inaccessible for those with mobility issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

The room was clean, everything we need was provided. They have complete amenities and the hot shower is working well during our entire stay. The host was also responsive even at late nights. We extended our stay without any hassle. We highly recommend her super cool place. You should book them. Sulit ang bayad sa stay 😊

I booked this place for my parents for their first Baguio Trip and it was worth it! The hosts were responsive and attentive to my parents during their stay, always providing recommendations and help whenever possible. The room was clean and although it was in a residential area, it was really quiet and cold, no need for AC. They have enough parking spaces and near main roads, although the paths going to and from the place are a bit steep (but still walkable 🤗) It was a bit far from the city proper but no more than 30 minutes away. They have complete utensils and cookware and all the listed amenities are present. The room is cozy as per my parents and even a whole family of five may fit. The bathroom has a heater although the faucet and bidet could get colder during night time. Definitely recommended for those who just wants to chill away from the hustle bustle of the city but still go around Baguio. Worth the price as well. Thank you Sir John and fam for taking care of my parents!

The place is right at the heart of the city, near restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. Best value for money. And the host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.
