We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Enjoy this private Mother in-law suite with separate keyless entrance! The set up is similar to an adjoining hotel room where we do share an interior door which has locks on both sides of the door.
