Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

I recently stayed at a condo unit in Gilford, NH and had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's unit. It was in a clean, well maintained community, and when we arrived, I couldn't have been happier with the unit. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was 10 minutes from NHBank Pivillion where we were going, and many local eateries and places of interest in the area. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet getaway on Lake Winnapausaukee.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

The cabin was cute and met our needs. We will say the property was a bit smaller than anticipated with the road and neighbors very close by, but we enjoyed the fire pit and still got that peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. Terrance was super quick to respond to any questions we had and let us check in early. All in all it was a great little weekend away.

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

It’s quite a feat to surpass the already high expectations we had - Shannon and Matt and their beautiful house managed that with ease. We were hyped for the trip since we booked, and the stay was even better than we could dreamt. The second we stepped through the door we felt right at home. Everything was as described, clean and cozy - and the views just amazing. Our baby girl relaxed as much as we did and enjoyed the amenities like the high chair and the baby bath tub that were available. We had to push us hard to do some exploring of what the region has to offer outside the house, and that was well worth it, too. There’s definitely more to explore, and more relaxing to do in the house - so we will be back as soon as we can arrange for that. All the best from Switzerland!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for those who want to enjoy the outdoors in New Hampshire during the day but come home to a cozy place at night! And Patricia was a fantastic host; she was super-responsive to my questions and had great local recommendations.

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!

Perfect getaway, can’t wait to stay again!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

This stay was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable place and the hosts were great at communication. Overall would recommend to anyone and likely to book with them again!

We enjoyed our stay in the cute cabin. Since it was winter and we were mostly away from the cabin visiting family, we didn't get to take advantage of the lake and activities. But we enjoyed sipping coffee at the kitchen table and taking in the view of the frozen lake.

This place was Great! Salvatore was a great host that had no problem accommodating our group early. We actually had a different rental in the same neighborhood and had a plumbing issue immediately after check in and we had to find another place or go home. Salvatore responded within minutes and got us booked and we were able to get into the house 15 minutes later. Property was as described, very homey feeling and comfortable. Great open layout, kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were comfortable. No crazy rules or cleaning requirements at the end of the weekend like other places we have stayed. Would definitely purely rent again.

The hosts are so responsive. The House is feet from the water. The provided kayaks and paddle boards were a blast! The hot tub was great if you’re more inclined towards that. Overall great place and great people! Would stay again!

We stayed at Carolinas place for 4 days. Had tickets to a show in Gilford (30mins away) it’s adorable! It was perfect. It was clean, decorated so nicely and she had coffee, spices & condiments and a bag of ice! Even wood for the outdoor deck fireplace. Our dogs loved hanging out with us outside. Carolina told us about a few places to go for food & drinks. She responded quickly and was happy to answer my questions. The Boat house restaurant is great, big bar!and the Downtown is on the water. Great view and awesome food & service! Yum Yums has baked goods and ice cream. Lots of unique shops. Check out the Antique barn! The Alton beach had walking paths as well as the rail trail in town (that was a great walk!) We had a wonderful time and definitely will be back!!!

Here’s a polished and honest Airbnb review based on your experience: --- We had a lovely stay at this cozy lakehouse. The home was comfortable, with beautiful large windows that made you feel immersed in the trees. Waking up to birdsong and ending the day around the fire pit by the dock was a real highlight. That said, the layout of the bedrooms is best suited to more agile guests. The two lofts rooms are best suited for nimble adults or older kids, likely not ideal for young children or guests over 50. Ended up sharing the main bed with our toddler, which worked fine, but something to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements. Overall, a very peaceful and scenic spot - definitely highly recommend.
