Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

No pets, no smokers and ONLY Airbnb account holders may stay. You can not book on someone else’s behalf. Apologies 🙏 1920s house on a hill overlooking Lismore. The Granny flat is located under our 2 story home. Totally self-contained with private access. Fridge, washing machine (shared), espresso machine, kettle , toaster, microwave. En-suite shower and toilet. We have free range chickens on a 800m block with vegetable and herb garden 🪴

Studio with rural views

A quiet studio apartment only minutes to town and with uninterrupted views of the valley. We have an acre of land that is surrounded by farm land. Our block is steep. Our guests must be physically fit and able to negotiate the 18 tricky stairs down to the studio. We love to garden and have planted bee and bird loving plants and the occasional vegie. We live upstairs and are happy to tell you all about the area or leave you in peace.
