This is my 2nd time staying at this homestay-that should say a lot. The house is cozy & comfortable, not too big or too small just perfect for my family. 1 of main reasons I returned is because of the strong water pressure, which i really appreciate after a long day out. The host provides thoughtful amenities like a water dispenser, sugar, tea, iron, towels and even a washing machine. Everything we needed was there. For the price, it's really worth it. Overall, a pleasant and well-equipped stay.

Was there for a work and business, but the place was so cozy and warm it felt like home immediately m. Even stressful times melt away. If I ever visit KB again, will definitely stay here again. Loved everything about this place. Thank you Aurastay.

Very comfortable. The basic facilities provided are complete enough for us 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, comfortable bedroom and toilet. Close to tourist attractions. On the ground floor there are several shops suitable for hanging out and chilling.

The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in an hour early. The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay—definitely planning to come back when we're in KB again! Parking was a bit tight, so we chose to park outside the building.

First of all, make sure to register your vehicle’s plate number before entering the property. Even if you park according to the instructions, your car can still be clamped if the plate number is not registered. Unfortunately, ours was clamped during check-out, even though we had been staying there for three days. Huge shout-out to the wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful, and proactive. She assisted us quickly and helped resolve the clamping issue smoothly. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The unit is located on the 23rd floor of a 24-storey building, so you get a beautiful high-rise view. The place is well-equipped for light cooking, with good kitchen appliances and a complete set of cutlery for four people. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this booking.

Responsive owner, location very convenient, easy to access

I had a great stay at this studio apartment! The location is excellent—right in the city center and very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the fridge, Cuckoo water dispenser, washing machine, water heater, A/C, and even small touches like Nescafe 3 in 1 sachets, mugs, plates, cutleries, and extra plastic bags for rubbish. Not to mention extra pillow and comforter. The check-in process was smooth and the counter staff were friendly and welcoming. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

got no complaint at all , everythings good , the apartment very comfortable locate at the centre of KB , walkable to various cafe , restaurant , night market , and tourist attraction in KB , grab also very easy to get . Gan also very helpful and friendly , gonna book w him again if i come to KB nexttime .

A very clean and adequately furnished unit. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets are all clean. Just follow her instructions to get into the unit. The building's guards are also very helpful. There's a nice pool but we didnt have time to use it. Opposite the building there's a 7-11 and dobby. Has a nice view of the Kelantan River and KB town from the balcony.

Responsive and friendly host. Location is very strategic near many street food stalls, KPJ Hospital, and stadium. Every equipments are working well. Convenient because it has a washer which why I choose this place. Highly recommended.

Penginapan yang selesa, bersih dan tenang . Ada bunyi ayam berkokok dan burung-burung. Dekat sangat dengan bandar . Parking pun mudah cuma perlu naik tangga 1 aras saja.

Au delà d'être très sympa, l'hôte nous a communiqué très clairement les instructions d'accès, a été très disponible et à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien placé et de très bon standing. Place to be pour visiter Kota Barhu 😊

Had a great stay here ! Host very responsive and friendly even with short notice 😁 .. Instructions very clear also the place match description and the view at night awesome . Great food place called SIAM nearby also beside KB Mall and a few 400m to aeon . Hope to visit again
