Firstly the terrace has an amazing 360 view! and was really big. Really nice apartment, spacious and clean. With a Modern bathroom. The area its self is close to the center, but safe and quiet at the same time. Super chilled vibes. Felt safe coming home at night, and a lot of upmarket style cafes around. The host was really nice and friendly, and was there when needed, but you’re also left you to your privacy. Over all I would recommend this to everyone, I have only good things to say

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to all the key spots in Tunis, a large mall for essentials, and a secure residence that felt safe at all hours. Inside, the flat is modern, tastefully furnished, and spotless; it was also remarkably quiet. The basement parking space (easily reached by elevator) is right by the entrance and large enough for any car, which made coming and going hassle-free. The view from the living room is stunning, especially after dark. Check-in and checkout were seamless, and the host’s communication was great throughout. I’m already planning to return next month—highly recommended!

They were adorable from start to finish, always smiling, available and responsive to the slightest message. We immediately feel comfortable at home. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly: clean, well-equipped, quiet and very pleasant to live in. Everything came together for a serene and comfortable time. Accommodation very easily, Salma is a very professional, punctual and very kind person. At the beginning of our stay she had explained everything about the apartment (residence entry code, internet, air conditioning, boiler operation). Salma's place we found really clean and more beautiful in real life than in the photo, decorate with excellent taste. Regarding booking, until checkout, communication with our host was perfect. The location, what a pleasant surprise, city of flowers, coffee and hot bread at the shopkeeper right in front of the apartment is really GREAT. Value for money offered by Salma is very good compromise. We had a great time at Salma's place,we will definitely be back with great pleasure. Thank you for everything ❤️

Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

I spent a month and a half at this place with my husband and our son, and it went very well. The place is clean, bright and located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The house, all white, is nicely furnished with two beautiful bedrooms with soft and soothing colors. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need to live comfortably with the family. A big thank you to Mr. Nourddine for his warm welcome, availability and all his little touches during our stay. We felt right at home. I highly recommend it!

If I go to the same place again, I would definitely prefer it.

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

The host Seif is super friendly and proactive and gave us many advices. The apartment is cozy, super clean and has everything you need. There is a nice roof top terrace to chill and relax. Neighbours are nice and quiet. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
