Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tunis Governorate

Firstly the terrace has an amazing 360 view! and was really big. Really nice apartment, spacious and clean. With a Modern bathroom. The area its self is close to the center, but safe and quiet at the same time. Super chilled vibes. Felt safe coming home at night, and a lot of upmarket style cafes around. The host was really nice and friendly, and was there when needed, but you’re also left you to your privacy. Over all I would recommend this to everyone, I have only good things to say

The stay was wonderful and comfortable, the apartment is very clean and all needs are available and communication with the owner's representative is fast, and the entry procedures to the apartment are easy, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

Mohamed's place is as advertised. Spacious older style apartment. Quiet .Great location for visiting Tunis. Restaurants, shops etc. all very close. Mohamed is a very responsive host and stayed in touch during my stay to make sure everything was ok. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Very pleasant stay at Meher's for a family wedding in Tunis. The accommodation was very good, clean, well-equipped and well-located. Communication with Meher was very easy and spontaneous and with very good responsiveness. Thank you for everything. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

Excellent location in an upmarket neighbourhood. Directly across the street is a great restaurant and café, perfect for morning breakfast and dinner in the evening. Quiet area at night and good security. Located on a side street with on street parking outside the front gate. Quick three minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk down the hill to La Marsa beach. Would highly recommend! Only shortcoming was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There was rain the night before so the pool was full of leaves.

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
