Manoel’s place was in a great and safe location. The place had ample space. He was always responsive! So quick to address any concerns. I highly recommend this spot for families and large groups.

A very clean place, with the necessary things to feel comfortable. It has a good location. Bladimir's service was excellent, very welcoming.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to have a good time. With amenities and a good atmosphere. The only major issue was the location, which the neighbors warned us was somewhat dangerous, but nothing happened to us. We always went out and got into Uber. I would recommend the rest again and I would stay without any problem. Hot water and an elevator are perfect for comfort.

The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and pleasant. Stefany was an excellent host, always attentive and willing to help with anything new. However, I had a very bad experience with the building's security staff (vehicle access), who showed a dismissive, uncooperative attitude and made it difficult for me to enter for no apparent reason. Despite this, Stefany's care made a positive difference during the stay.

In general, the apartment is as described: the place is the same as in the photos, clean and cozy, a very quiet area, perfect for resting, the bathtub works very well, it is a great plus. The host was always attentive and responded quickly to our messages and questions, although it is not very central, it has supermarkets and shops around. I recommend it.

I had a great experience, Javier was always there quickly to answer any questions. Very comfortable apartment, having all you might need. Like normally I don’t even watch TVs, but the huge screen just asked to get on to once you hit the bed, with Apple+, Netflix etc. available to connect. Unfortunately opening windows was not quite an option during the day because of construction noise, but I guess that’s a temporary inconvenience, and is not up to the host, so no complaints here. Other than that the location is great, most of my destinations I could reach by walking, and just used a taxi a couple times to come back late at night. The building staff at reception is great and were super patient with me trying to ask things with my very limited Spanish. In conclusion - highly recommend!

So the place looks amazing. Like the pictures. It is as safe as you can feel anywhere in Bogota. But the best part for me was the service David provided. I arrived early and he did everything to accomodate my checkin and stay. The problem with the room is that it has everything you need to stay inside and not come out. Will definetely come back.
