Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. It comes with TV, double bed which sleeps 3 people comfortably and seating for upto 4 people, the seating area also converts to an additional single bed. There is a fitted gas cooker and double ring hob, 12v Fridge and separate toilet area. The van is also equipped with basics.

Ronnie's Retreat is a lovely static caravan situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire. 5 minutes walk from the beach. A lovely little home from home - all bedding provided as well as home comforts such as tea, coffee and sugar, slow cooker, free Wi-Fi and a high chair and travel cot if required - please let me know in advance if you need these so I can ensure they are ready for your stay. Please note that although there is no central heating, we have electric plug-in heaters for your use.
