Holiday rentals with a patio in Tunturi-Lappi

This place was really cosy and comfortable and worked very well for a family stay. It was equipped with all of the basics which was very handy, and had everything we needed. The drying rack was very helpful to dry our snow boots and the sauna was much enjoyed. Beautiful snowy garden and a great location, just 5 minutes drive from the town.

we enjoyed the stay very much for us it was perfect 12 days very nice apartment quiet location very nice view over Ylläsjarvi and much further, perfectly furnished with sauna, ski room, drying cabinet, etc. Everything is easily accessible for skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. We were traveling without a car so by public transport, the ski bus does not run as often you have to plan a bit if you want to go somewhere, taxi is a good alternative in need. We will always remember the stay in Ylläs.

Excellent location short walking distance from Levi center, yet very peaceful and spacious (at least for 4 people). Listening to the noise of the after ski in the center, we were happy to live further away. Owner very responsive and sign in with key box very easy. Good instructions in advance both in Finnish and in English. One bedroom down stairs (double bed), two bedrooms upstairs (2 x twin). Both floors have their own toilets. Bathroom/sauna separate. Also little "play room" upstairs which could also with a desk be an office for remote work. Could fit in a baby bed, not more. Drying cabinet for ski stuff, kitchen very well equipped. Living room area spacious with high sealing & big tv. We didn't use the fire place. The only minus is limited space for storing clothing, no space for wardrobes in the bed rooms. Blinders but no way to fully block light from the bed rooms. We appriciated the dish washer and the washing machine.

Great apartment. Everything was almost new and the apartment was really well equipped. The apartment looked even better live than in the photos and the space was efficiently used. The location near the southern slopes is convenient, as there are good slopes and trails, and there is plenty of parking space next to them. A big plus for charging an electric car.

We enjoyed staying at Tapanis amazing place. The view is beautiful beyond words. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We would love to come back.

Great accommodation for those who appreciate beautiful scenery and a comfortable stay. A stylish and newly-built house, where comfort has been invested in with fireplaces, a magnificent landscape sauna and a spacious kitchen. Location excellent for off-road biking and hiking (at Kellokas), quiet and close to nature. Communicating with your host worked well. Starting the holiday outdoors and relaxing, I can only recommend this place!

Very nice place to stay in an idyllic location. Two separate areas with shared living rooms, great for our young people and us. Everything was there. Beautiful residential area, still walking distance to the ski resort. From the place you can make nice excursions and Anna has given good tips. Communication went smoothly.

Tidy cottage and extra good layout! There was plenty of dining and living space for a larger group.

Great cottage, very clean and all the basics ready. In winter, someone might miss a drying cabinet, but since we didn't need it, we don't complain about anything. There was plenty of room for two adults and three schoolchildren. I highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

The cottage is in a beautiful location. Very close to everything but with a scenic view and away from the hustle and bustle. It is an ideal location. Petrol station across the road, where you can pick up food. Lots of snow around that the kids were able to play in a safe place. the cottage is very well equipped. Self check in was very easy and Mervi was a lovely host. Cottage has such a lovely authentic vibe. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Convenient accommodation to the supermarket and restaurants, two minutes from the entrance of the cross-country slopes, quiet area. Very clean when we arrive, it has everything you need for a great stay! Johanna was very friendly in her responses and quick to support! Highly recommended for those of us who have done a week of cross-country skiing on these wonderful slopes!

Excellent stay near Kilpisjärvi, the accommodation was great for 6 people. We would have stayed longer with pleasure!

A fantastic, fully equipped accommodation in an enchanting forest location. The kitchen and all the utensils it contains offer the possibility of completely independent self-catering, the bedroom and the beds are cozy, the indoor sauna provides boundless relaxation and the washing machine and dryer allow you to take care of your textiles when you return home after demanding hikes or sports activities. Päivi is also a hostess, as a guest could only wish for: infinitely lovable and friendly, always easy to reach and charming in communication. We therefore lacked nothing during our stay and we would be happy to be Päivi's guests again at any time and recommend Päivi's cottage without reservation. The cottage was spacious and the perfect accommodation for 4 nights on a Kilpisjärvi vacation. The spacious deck of the cottage was great for grilling using the mobile firepit on the deck while gazing at the stunning views of Kilpisjärvi. I'd love to stay again!
