It is possible to order a hot tub (very close). There is a barbecue area. There is a fireplace area on the premises where you can spend warm evenings with your loved ones. Cozy wooden garden with its own territory in the village of V. Volosyanka for family or small group of friends (4-6 people). The house has 2 floors: on the 2nd floor - attic there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a passage room with a double sofa and a desk, on the 1st floor — a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room equipped with everything you need, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and a microwave oven. On-site: covered pavilion with barbecue, parking for 3 cars and a pond. WiFi is available.
