Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

We had the perfect week at Eric’s villa in Long Bay. This was our 8th time to the island so we knew exactly where we wanted to be location wise. The house is everything you need. Very large, kitchen fully equipped, 2 full baths, laundry, TV/internet, and your own private pool. There is another identical house next to this one where you would share the driveway but no one was there our week. Eric went above and beyond letting us check in early and leave late, bringing extra pillows, and delivering fresh pastries every morning from his bakery on the island. We were spoiled. He even rescued us when we needed some help disassembling some kite gear - showed up immediately with a full tool box. As with all of Provo, there are many dogs on the island and these neighborhood dogs loved to bark at night but that isn’t unique to this property necessarily. Driveway is gated which added extra comfort. Lastly the 2 sets of double doors that fully open with screens were perfection.

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

The house was exactly as described and super clean when we arrived! Good amenities.

Had an AMAZING stay at Maresia Villa, will definitely be going back some time soon! The location is incredible, being away from the hotels and having privacy is huge for me and this checked all my boxes. It is off the beaten path but I personally love that when traveling - makes for more of an adventure! :) Def have a rental car when staying here - everything is a short drive away. Make sure to go jet skiing with Jonathan and take advantage of getting the fridge filled prior to arrival (so convenient)! The house itself was PRISTINE and beautifully designed. The views are unreal, highly recommend waking up to see the sunrise on the roof and staying home to watch the sunsets. I would have stayed another week if I could! Thank you so so much for an amazing stay and for being so responsive & kind!

This was the perfect place to stay! it was clean and big and everything about staying there was so easy!

We stayed in Caya Villa 2 for 1 week. The house is beautiful & exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious, comfortable & clean. They even provided a mid-week cleaning which was great. The bathrooms are awesome & the mattresses are comfortable. The location was decent. It is just a short 10 minute ride into the heart of Grace Bay. However, several of the roads are not paved & there are a fair amount of stray dogs. Although the house is so close to Long Bay Beach, there is no access to the beach (unless you drive for 10+ minutes), so we could not walk to the beach. The major disappointment was that we could not use the beautiful outdoor spaces of the house as we expected because the no-see-ums were really bad (we each had bw 60-100 bites) & the pool was not heated. There is a lot of vacant land in the neighborhood with overgrown vegetation which must contribute to the bugs. The pool was simply too cold for my kids (I was okay w/the temps). Overall, we had a nice week.

Colton and Mallory were gracious hosts. We appreciated the welcome snacks and beverages when we arrived. The beach chairs were super helpful and we loved having the bikes to ride into town for dinner a few nights. While the home is nice, one of the bedroom AC units seemed to have issues the entire time we were there…leaking down the wall and all over the floor. We followed all of the guidelines with not leaving doors or windows open when running it, but I think it needs to be replaced possibly as the other two worked beautifully. And again, nice house and having the pool was a hit with our kids but we paid more than my husband and I think it was likely worth. So much so, I had a hard time enjoying our vacation as I was a bit sick to my stomach we had spent so much for a home on a busy street with construction next door. Again, great hosts but I’m not sure we’d pay that much to stay there again.

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself was outstanding, with elegant decor and all the comforts of home. One of the best parts was its prime location—just a short walk to downtown Grace Bay, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the incredible beach. The gated property gave us an added sense of security, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

A great place to stay when in Grace Bay! Tons of space with more bathrooms than you’d really need. Was here with 3 friends and we all had our own rooms and full bathroom each, but you could easily have a larger group or entire family stay here. The outdoor area with the private pool was fantastic and the fact that it came with free, easy parking was a great perk. Easily walkable to the beach, however, a car was a good idea to carry things like coolers since the walk is about 20 mins and in the heat there can feel like a lot. Close beach though with easy parking by the beach and no cost to park. Plenty of towels, cooler, etc. included. Only thing I might suggest is having some beach chairs for people to bring to the beach since the sunbeds at the beach are for hotel guests and can be expensive if you aren’t one. Great stay and will most certainly recommend/be back!

Perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The views were absolutely stunning. Short drive to food Las Brisas and Chalkies. Away from the crowded Grace Bay Area but still a short drive there. We kayaked out to the little islands and snorkeled around them. Some highlights: sunrises on the deck, sunsets at Taylor Bay, diving with Dive Provo, 7:00am turtle snorkeling (3 turtles!) at smiths reef, private chef that came to the villa (we had at least two additional meals of leftovers!), sting rays at Sapodilla, potcake place puppy walking, hiking and conch shell hunting at Bird Rock, and of course all the pool, kayak, and pavilion time! This was our second time at a property managed by Island Escapes and with our contact person Julian. He was very friendly and informative. Chalk sound is the best area to stay imo, you definitely need a car but driving/navigating is very easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

Janet place is great if you are looking for privacy. Jana was available for us at all times, for everything that we needed. Jana also helped us with missing snorkeling gear. The sitting area outside and the pool was awesome. All in all, it was a great experience and met our expectations Eran

The house is fully equipped and has everything you might need. Highly recommended, unless you have any walking limitation. The house is near the grace Bay Area, but the road leading to it is unpaved. So if you plan to walk from and to it, just make sure you have no problem taking short walks on unpaved roads. Our group had some kids and a baby, and that was a bit of a hassle. But other than that, the house is spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable and location is convenient.

Candice's place was just what we would have hoped for. Candice was responsive to our every communication. One of the AC units wasn't operating as it should, and she immediately had an AC repairman there (arranged within minutes). The place was very clean and orderly. The inside of the unit is better than pictured. Though, the outside isn't anything to look at (which may be why there aren't any exterior pictures). It's located right next to Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, and very convenient to downtown, beaches, and stores. A great experience. Thanks Candice!

Our family loved this place! It was so beautiful…we loved the views of Chalk Sound and being right on the sound was so nice! We used the paddle boards and the kayak to explore the sound. One day we paddled out a ways and discovered a little island with a bunch of iguanas on it! That was so fun to experience with our kids! The dock is really nice too! We loved sitting out there in the mornings with coffee while the sun came up. It’s short 10 minute walk or couple minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, which was our favorite! This is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever seen! Ciara and Adele were very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the house layout and had plenty of space for all of us…we have 4 kids. The kids loved the pool as well…and what a view! We would definitely return here…it was a wonderful week away relaxing as a family! Thank you Ciara!

We just returned from the most relaxing stay at Silly Creek Cottage—and “relaxing” doesn’t begin to describe it. The view from the deck and poolside was so stunning, we skipped most dinner and day plans just to soak it in. This was our second time in Turks (previously stayed in Grace Bay), and while both spots have their charm, Silly Creek offers a peaceful, private vibe that’s truly special—yet still just 25-30 minutes to town. Jack ,the outdoor cat, was the sweetest surprise—adorable, friendly, and a polite host! (We left food and his new favorite: Bumble Bee tuna.) Kayaking to the inlet at sunrise was magical, and sunsets with wine on the dock were unforgettable. Don’t miss Taylor Bay for crystal-clear, shallow waters and a quiet beach experience. (Under 5 min drive). The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. After five nights here, we wished we’d stayed the full two weeks. This place is perfection—we’re already planning our return!

Very easy to find. George met us at the house and walked us through how to use everything. Home was clean and had everything you need to enjoy the island. Centrally located in Grace Bay. Easy to use bikes provided and grill for convenient cooking at the house. There was AC and filtered water provided. Private gate and home alarms. Felt very safe for our family of 7.

1st I have to say I was really worried about the small car I rented after reading some reviews about the road. Once I drove it though I realized it was no worse than some of the other roads I have driven in Provo. Is it rough in spots, yes, but it is completely drivable. Mainly 2 rough spots. Just follow the best path and you will be fine. We had a little Honda Fit and never once had an issue. The house was great! Set up was perfect for us and we loved having our own private bathrooms. Plenty of room and loved the nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and relaxing. FYI the beds were so comfortable, I slept so well while there. Jason gave us recommendations for everything to help make our trip enjoyable and make sure we didn't miss a thing. Snorkeling info was greatly appreciated. :) Thank you Jason and Jermaine! We will definitely be back again.
