Condo holiday rentals in Tuscaloosa County

We would stay at Kim’s again. She was a blessing in a time crunch for our daughter. Kim was a gracious host and very accommodating for our situation. Thank you for being so good to my family during our stay.

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and bars.

The condo was adorable! It was roomy, well equipped with everything you could need while on vacation, and perfectly suited for those needing 3 bedrooms (the bunkbeds were a huge plus!). Communion with management (Alex in particular) was easy and responses were very quick. They were excellent to deal with, and we would highly recommend using them! Great location in Tuscaloosa as well!

What a delightful place to stay when you’re going to an Alabama football game! Location is perfection. Close to the stadium. Close to the strip. Secured with gate entry parking. Once inside modern place ~ Lots of nice touches with coffee and snacks. Cozy dark bedrooms and new bathrooms! Wonderful communication and follow up. We LOVED being their first guest! Left happy with a Tide victory. We will be back! RTR!

Condo was perfect! Beautiful view and great location. We had an issue with the smoke detectors in the condo and Kim was very responsive and helpful and the situation was rectified right away. We will definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you Kim!

This condo was great for a weekend stay in T-town!! Very nicely furnished and spacious unit. The communication on check-in instructions before arrival and during our stay was thorough and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Chadric's condo was charming. Everything was so clean and the space worked really well for our family. The location was ideal and we could easily walk to downtown Tuscaloosa. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion with the code to get the key but response was immediate and we were inside cooling off in no time! Would definitely stay here again.

Secure and gated community, close to the University we were visiting, and great amenities such as pool and gym.

Jodi is a superb host!. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely stocked with anything that you could imagine that would be needed upon arrival. The bedrooms were perfect size and each one was comfortable for all of us. I would definitely stay another time if this home were available.

We have stayed at Chance’s condo multiple times. Always a great experience, and with two kids at the University of Alabama it is the most convenient place for us to stay.

Great condo. Easy to get into, stairs and elevator as an option to get inside. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen setup is great. Would stay again but was their for graduation so probably not coming back

This was our third time staying at the Efelant, and if our daughter had not graduated, we would ALWAYS stay there. It is always so clean, has everything we need, is close to campus, and Sara is so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the University of Alabama! (Just not when I am there!) Thank you so much Sara and family for always being such incredible hosts! And for letting me entertain you in the ring doorbell ;) Kimberly & Chad Brady

Not only a cozy and room place to stay, but a great location with a view of the river. You may not be within walking distance of any shopping or eating, but you are in the perfect position to go anywhere in Tuscaloosa you could want with a speedy 5-6 minute drive no matter where you’re going. Highly recommend for anyone with 4 or more guest.
