Accompanying the postures, a talented opera singer will perform classic Italian opera pieces, creating a sound journey that evokes a range of emotions. Yoga & Hypopressive Training in a Vegetarian Art Book Cafè

Embark on a journey of movement and mindfulness with me as I guide you through hypopressive RSF (functional system reprogramming) and somatic practices. These exercises are designed to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and activate your core. • We’ll begin with 25 minutes of hypopressive RSF exercises—breath-centered movements that work to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. • We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yoga asanas and somatic movement. These gentle exercises will open up your body, release tension, and deepen your connection to your breath. • We’ll finish with a 10-minute relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. After the session, you’re invited to stay for a delicious vegan brunch featuring my homemade kombucha (for an extra fee). You’ll leave nourished in mind and body, steeped in the peaceful energy of this one-of-a-kind space.

The session ends with savasana, enhanced by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. • Enjoy herbal teas, fresh juices, and locally inspired vegetarian-friendly Tuscan treats, fostering connection and conversation with like-minded guests. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, reconnected, and recharged through mindful movement and meditation.

Meditate with Trees&Crystals in a historic Botanical Garden

Meditate with me Trees & Crystals in the “Orto Botanico Giardino dei Semplici di Firenze”. We will meet in front of the Museum of Geology and Paleontology, via la Pira 4, walking towards the Giardino dei Semplici, where we will leave the urban environment to immerse ourselves in nature. Here we will be surrounded by Monumental Trees and beautiful botanical species. We will practice a guided meditation with Crystals and the sound of Crystal bells under special trees, each time a unique experience. You will receive a Crystal as a gift to support your connection with Nature, facilitating the therapeutic effects of meditation. I will also provide you with a small notebook to write down the sensations and thoughts that emerge. At the end, we will share the reflections together. My goal is to help you achieve a deep calm and improve concentration and mental clarity, generating a widespread sense of relief. We will connect with Nature and the Trees of this unique and special place. In particular, starting to have a deep connection with the Trees is an important means to reach that balance with Nature, which is increasingly necessary.

(Oct-Dec) You’ll be welcomed like family as we guide you through each step of the olive harvest, from laying the nets to picking olives by hand. Olive Harvest demonstration: Roll up your sleeves and join us in the olive groves for a hands-on experience. You’ll learn how to pick olives the traditional way while soaking up the breathtaking views of Tuscany. Tour & History: After harvesting, take a leisurely tour of our olive groves, where we’ll share stories about the history of olive cultivation and the significance of olives in Tuscan culture. Then we'll visit the 600 year old cellar where we store and bottle our our olive oil. Olive Oil Tasting: No visit to a Tuscan olive grove would be complete without sampling the fruits of our labor! Enjoy an exclusive olive oil tasting session with freshly pressed oils from our farm. Delicious Tuscan Lunch: After working up an appetite harvesting olives, enjoy a typical Tuscan picnic under the trees, with local, fresh ingredients and, of course, plenty of olive oil! Note: Harvest time is only from October to December, other months will be demonstrations, tour, tasting and lunch.

Ricrea la tua energia attraverso l'armonia dello yoga

Unisciti a me per praticare Hatha Yoga in un ambiente bello e particolare, nel cuore di un borgo panoramico: all'interno del Piccolo Teatro di Chianni, borgo di fascino nei pressi di Lajatico e Volterra. Vi guiderò in un armonia di posture mirate per rilasciare le tensioni e ritrovare l'energia vitale (Hatha yoga). Le asana si susseguono ritmate dalla respirazione e il rilassamento finale guidato (yoga nidra) sarà accompagnato dai suoni armonici del tamburo hank-tank. Faremo un riscaldamento completo adatto anche agli senior (over 50). La pratica serale si adegua al bioritmo e diventa distensiva e moderata. Alla fine della sessione yoga di 90 minuti ritroveremo la leggerezza del respiro, la gioia nei movimenti e la lucidità di pensiero. Prima di salutarci potremmo assaporare insieme una bevanda calda/fresca a base di limone e miele.

Yoga and Meditation in the hills of Fiesole

An unforgettable experience! Once you arrive, I will greet you and lead you to our gorgeous Yoga platform surrounded by olive trees, with incredible views of the surrounding hills! After a short introduction, you may change into your workout/ yoga gear, afterwards, we will start our session with simple breathing and mindfulness exercises, followed by a mantra and warmups. After that, we will dive into asanas. I offer primarily Hatha yoga, with some elements of Vinyasa, Kundalini, and restorative yoga. Each asana is explained in English and/or Italian, with alternative positions for those with injuries or limited mobility. Yogasole is really for everyone, children are also welcome! After the asanas, we continue with "Pranayama" (yogic breathing) followed by the ultimate relaxation pose "Shavasana" or alternative meditation. I often use candles and/or incense at this point, with your permission. We finish the session with a gong, followed by a final gratitude prayer or mantra. After that, I quietly leave the platform and wait for you to finish on your own time. I strive to offer an authentic experience where each session is given from the depth of my heart. I am available for a conversation or any questions you might have, both before and after the session. I look forward to serving you!

Vinyasa Yoga Class - Lezione di Yoga

You will practice Yoga (Vinyasa Flow). Vinyasa represents the connection with breath and movement. Through the sun salutations, we will flow into both easy and challenging asanas; I strongly believe in adjustments and assists. During the practice, you will have space also for Pranayama (breath tecniques) and meditation. After the yoga class, you are welcome to join our light and fresh breakfast under the olive trees. If you would like to stay longer, you can enjoy the private spot on the rocks for a swim or just relax. Here at Villa Giulia you can enjoy the new four elements: Yoga, Wind, Sun and Sea :) Other things to note If you never tried yoga before or if you are an experienced practicioner, this experience will be perfect for both of you! All levels are welcome.

Custom made perfume workshop

Live an unforgettable and fascinating sensorial experience. Focus on the creation of a unique and personal scent, blending together aromatic notes of several raw materials. The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. Topics include history of perfumery, ingredients and their origin, production techniques, step-by-step creation of the EAU DE PARFUM, olfactory pyramid, alcohol dilution and bottling. You will take home a 30 ml bottle of custom made Eau de Parfum , its formula and reference material. Test your olfactive Artistry and create your very own Eau de Parfum or Reed Diffuser. I am a perfume expert and I will welcome you in a dedicated classroom into the laboratory store.
