We very much enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s place. It really was some kind of wonderful! The house itself offered plenty for us to do for our short stay and the pool was the perfect feature!

Long weekend with family of 6 adults and a 1 and 4 year old. The Farmhouse was fantastic….exceeding expectations. Very clean, comfortable, great layout, great location. Hot tub/swim spa were excellent for relaxing and spending time. Kitchen, house and yard well equipped. Many more positives - too many to list. We already booked another stay! We have stayed at the Victorian several years in a row for our annual girl’s trip and it never disappoints! The place is gorgeous, clean, spacious and well stocked. Miriam has always been an amazing host! Looking forward to next year!

Everything was great! We did have to hunt down some towels and the lock to the game room was not working, but the host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely book with host again he was great! House was as deceived and perfect for our family that was in town for a wedding. Loved the kitchen and the ping pong dining table was a hit with our crew! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could need away from home for 2 nights. The pool was 80 degrees and perfect for our kids!

This home is lovely. It was exactly what my family needed to unwind. We were unable to take full advantage of the pool with weather and the pool just being open, and there were tiny ants that you can tell were being addressed. The bedding was great, many cozy pillows and blankets made everyone feel at home. The upstairs are steep and a slight shift in the floor so I was nervous to have in-laws go up and down so we switched rooms- for able bodies folks there is no issue just something to note if you have more then one couple that would need accommodations. THERE is a sign noting such on the stairs as a reminder. The location was perfect. The views of the area were beautiful. I would return again!!

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

Kevin's place is perfect for a trip to the Wilds. see the animals in the morning and then fish, swim and play games with the kids in the yard for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

Had a great time. Was a little disappointed that the water and ice maker didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect but we all had service anyways. Clean & tidy with nice kitchen tools. Quiet neighborhood and a good location to venture around Sugar Creek, Berlin and Millersburg. Would rebook.

Very nice home! It was comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen, bath & appliances were all modern. The host was very responsive and had clear, helpful information and contact numbers posted on the refrigerator. We appreciated that there was some tea bags, hot chocolate, coffee, bottled waters, popcorn and games available. If we come back to the area, we would love to stay here again.

We felt right at home from the first. Michel came in to meet Dan and they had a brief but enjoyable conversation. The home was well decorated and even more lovely with the beautiful Christmas decorations. If we ever need a place to stay in the area, this would be our first choice.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! It was so specious and beautifully decorated, the children’s room/playroom was so cute and our little ones loved playing in there! They also have so many thoughtful amenities that make the visit easier not having to bring them all (baby gate/pack n play/high chair etc). Worth every penny!! You will love your stay.

Plenty of room for our family!! Loved we could relax and had room for kids to have their own space. Loved the decor and how clean the house was! Beautiful home! Right down the road from our family so it was perfect! Will be staying here again.

Was a very clean place. Nowhere to hang towels in either bathroom. More steps than what was pictured. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you Matt 🙂

We were going to a performance at the Ohio Star Theatre, then to Baltic to the winery and restaurant, and going to church at New Pointe, Dover Campus the following day. When I mapped the locations and looked for an AirBnB between Baltic and Sugarcreek this came up. It was perfect and was across the street from Mill Street Diner, which made it even better! We ate lunch there, and returned for breakfast. The whole experience was great. The house is clean, updated, and has a responsive host. The only thing to be aware of if you have any mobility issues, is the fact that there are two steps down from the living/ bedroom areas to the bathroom, kitchen area with nothing but the wall to grab onto.

We were in town to attend a wedding at Enchanted Acres. Only 18 minutes away. It was clean, quiet and much more comfortable than a hotel. I don’t anticipate being in the area again but I would recommend the house again.

This was a great house to stay in! We stayed for the horse sale in Mount Hope. It was a little bit of a drive, but we took advantage of that: eating supper on our way back to the house. Our family of four adults had lots of room. The home was very clean & comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic and perfect to my friends and their kids.We ,as adults had a wonderful time shutting off and simply enjoy nature.Kids had fun despite the absence of wireless connection.The place is neat and tidy.Will definitely reccommend this place for people who needs a relaxing moment.

Incredible stay at this home, the pond on site was incredible. It’s right up next to the house and creates a great atmosphere in the morning. Great place to relax, we had 7 people altogether and wasn’t cramped out all. If you go in winter, maybe, but with the outdoor space there is plenty of areas to spread out. 10 minutes to a shopping center but still feels incredibly rural and remote. Great stay and will come back again!

The family liked it very much. They all say we should come back next year. Just a note for anyone reading this is that the electrical situation is exactly as described. Outlets only in the bathrooms and in the kitchen counter area. We had no problems since it was described well in the posting. Cell phone service is available, but sketchy. Overall we as a family would recommend this place.

We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. Everything was nicely kept and the location is very serene and quiet. The house is spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely stay again. We enjoyed this trip very much. The only thing we would add would be updated kitchen pots and pans, some need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you.

this was an amazing house to stay in. my family really enjoyed the charm, and old fashioned feel with the new age amenities as well. does require cleaning after yourself which we did not mind. would definitely recommend for a peaceful relaxing experience for couples and families. Great way to connect with eachother and disconnect from the outer world.
