Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

The apartment (1 bedroom) is with a separate entrance and privacy, in connection with the front man's house. Accommodation is for one and only occupied by the person who made the reservation. In Finland's best selected residential area of Karjasilta, near the center of Oulu (about 2 km). Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, air fryer, kettle and dishes 1 free bike in summer time, there is a heat place for the car. You can also get the key with a lock code.
