Områdets fineste strand ligger rett i front av hytten, ca 150 m.

Liker man å fiske,så har man både fiskebrygge og andre egnede fiskeplasser.. sjø og fiskevann i gåavstand fra Dukkestua.. Vi har 3 flotte gapahuker i bygda, med grillmulighet for de som ønsker d.. Døgnåpen butikk har vi også ,ca 1,5 fra Dukkestua..Det er gang og sykkelvei dit.. Enkelte lørdager har vi pub på kaia..D er veldig populært

Beliggenheten er ideell, med nærhet til Skarberget -Bognes og Kjøpsvik- Drag ferjesamband. Det er vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og wifi på hytta, samt sengetøy og håndduker. Hvis man ønsker et ekstra soverom, kan campingvognen utenfor hytta leies for 500 kr per natt. Det er muligheten for å leie båt.
