Debbie’s place is a little piece of paradise, the setting is stunning, the gardens are fantastic and the cottage is warm and cosy whilst also being spacious and really well laid out. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. The open plan kitchen into the cosy living room left us all feeling connected, utility space was really useful, conservatory with stunning views allowed us to dine together and relax during the day. Outside area is also stunning for meals on the patio and bbq’s and the hot tub was great to relax in on an evening looking at the stars in peace and tranquility.. there’s a slight walk up to the property across a field but once you’re in the cottage and its gardens it’s worth every step. Great for the dogs too. Loads to do in the area, our highlight was Lyme Regis beach.. many thanks to Debbie and everyone who made us feel so welcome. We would go back to Debbie’s place in a heartbeat!

We went to the house for a low key hen party and honestly had the best time. The house was perfect for hosting, plenty of space for games, activities. Check in was easy, finding the keys etc went well and the host allowed us early access and a late check out which was perfect for us. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures! We were extremely happy and the outside space is perfect, pretty and gave us the privacy we wanted. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and the house has 2 fridge freezers so plenty of space to store food and drink. The Zbeds beds weren’t the most comfortable but for a short weekend away they were fine and fit for use. The beds however were heaven. All pubs and restaurants are a drive away from the house and taxis in the area aren’t easy to come by, something to bear in mind. Shops are only 10-15 mins away by car, which made things super easy. We would 100000% stay again

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s cottage – truly an oasis to relax and soak in Devon’s beautiful nature. The space is neat, clean, and spacious, yet still incredibly cosy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – especially with the delicious homemade flapjacks and thoughtful selection of local products waiting for us. Everything is so well thought through – from the comfortable bed that guarantees a great night's sleep to the well-equipped kitchen. We loved spending slow mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Elizabeth is a fantastic host – friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. It’s clear how much love and care she puts into the cottage, which really feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect – peaceful and remote enough to fully unwind. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a restful, charming stay in Devon!

We absolutely loved our stay. From the minute Tom greated us it felt like a home away from home. The cabin was extremely homely and it was lovely to switch off from the online world. We used the guide book provided and spent a day in Lyme Regis and then West Bay. We loved sitting by the pond and reading a book with a cup of tea. We even saw a deer! Although unfortunately not the white stags! We will be back!!

Beautifully restored home in the most extraordinary location - opposite the Church, and with the remains of the ancient Abbey just down the road. Everything in the house is the finest quality - even the hairdryers are GHD! You’ll be very comfortable. Pollyanna was a perfect host. Three characterful pubs in this small, quaint town, and just a 15 minute drive to Dorchester (go to the Curiosity Centre!). Would very happily stay again.

Wow !!!! What a gem of a place my daughter found this Airbnb and we are so delighted she did . The location is amazing 5 min walk to a supermarket 5min drive to Teignmouth or the train station to go further afield. The Cabin itself we were blown away from parking the car walking up to the entrance you first experience incredible views and if that's not enough you walk into the most stunning cabin .... decorated to a high standard with all the fabulous touches , freshly made scones and prosecco. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and Clare being the most helpful host she organised Flowers and a balloon to be waiting in the cabin on our arrival which made the birthday even more special. Everything you need is available in the welcome book . We enjoyed the evenings in the garden with the fire pit looking at the stunning view. We would highly recommend this gem of a place run by the fabulous Clare. We will be back. x

Absolutely wonderful stay at Rebecca’s. The property is charming (and super clean, up to date etc.) and it is set in a stunning area of countryside so it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home immediately. The location is perfect too - beautiful walks right from the house, a short drive from the coast but nicely away from the busier areas. Rebecca’s communication, flexibility and hospitality were also exceptional which all contributed to a brilliant holiday. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Little Bow Green with Luca and Clare, who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special – especially with the thoughtful touches for my wife’s birthday. The setting is absolutely stunning – peaceful and surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and plenty of local wildlife to watch. After a day out exploring, sinking into the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. The attention to detail inside the hut made it feel like a real treat – from the high-quality coffee maker to the marshmallows ready for roasting by the fire in the evening. We were also welcomed with a generous hamper on arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. One of the highlights was the pizza-making experience – a must-try and so much fun! If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you once again, Luca and Clare, for such a memorable stay. --- Let me know
