Nice apartment, conveniently located to explore the forested preserve. Walkable to city center where there are interesting architecture.

Spent 4 weeks enjoying this perfectly located accomodation, kitchen equipped with every utensil. White goods and work space all up to scratch, plus friendly bar staff over road who assist with the included parking spot. Beautiful beach right over the road, and perfect distance from Main Street, but away from most traffic noise. Nikolo and friends ensured any issues were resolved immediately and to the highest standard, would sincerely recommend this property for young families, couples or even solo travellers. Can’t beat this Airbnb in Primorsko!

Our stay in the apartment was extremely pleasant and PlanBTime was easy to reach at any time and was able to respond quickly to our requests. The complex was very well maintained and quiet and is ideal for staying with the family and offers five pools, fitness and wellness centers, restaurants, playgrounds, access to two beaches and much more. We had a secured parking space from the hosts right in front of the complex, which made the parking situation much easier for us. The apartment was clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. The hosts sent us clear instructions for the check-in and use of the apartment and facility, great praise for it. The spacious balcony offered a very nice view of the sea and the island of Sv. Ivan. Only the new building in front of the balcony has limited the view a bit, but of course no fault of that. It's a great place for the family to vacation in Sozopol and we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is bright, spacious, with all the amenities and overlooking the sea. From the terrace you can see the parking and you can watch your vehicle. There is all kinds of entertainment for children in the complex, and there is also a grocery store in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming! We would visit again!

Very nice stay. The only criticism would be that only 1,5 rolls of toilet paper were in the house as well as only 1 sheet of baking paper. Otherwise, it was great.

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

Me and my family spent wonderful time at Henrik's place for the second time, we will certainly go again next summer. The flat is modern and very comfortable and cozy with beautiful furniture and any useful staff you can need. The sea view is breath taking. You can stare the stars from the huge terrasse on the second floor. The swimming pull is very well entertained, the residence is very calm and clean with beautiful green space and figs trees. There is a great energy on this place - we really felt in love with. The communication with Henrik is great and very fluid - he is proactive, easy to join and very reactive. Go there - and you will spend an exceptional holiday.

We had a great three nights at Magalen's apartment. The location is fabulous and the house was clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

A lovely place with gorgeous views from the pool. In a nice area with lots of places to eat and beaches in close proximity.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

Everything was great! Miglena is really easy going. The place is in the middle of the resort and everything was arranged perfectly - you have a pool, a private beach, a supermarket - everything. The apartment is really cozy and has everything that you might need

Svet was an amazing host. He is super responsive and responsible. We had an issue with the air conditioning units and he had them replaced within a day! I would stay at his place again. Thank you!

Georgi's apartment is just a dream to be a dream to be in. The view from the terrace on the 5th floor is almost 180° and much nicer than in the photos. The endless sea ahead, the mountains on the side. In the evening, the seagulls fly very close in the bronze light. At night, a thousand stars shine right above you and you see something that is almost nowhere to be seen, the Milky Way. If you stay longer, the moon will roll out of the sea opposite. If you get up earlier you can watch the sunrise. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Fresh vegetables are sold directly from the gardens on the street, but there are also shops and a good bakery as well as some restaurants nearby. The beach is 2 minutes away. The apartment is sparkling clean and with Georgi you are accommodated like a good friend. All in all: a gem. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy apartment. There is everything you need for a nice holiday. We almost felt at home. It was very cool! The sea is 5 minutes walk away, nearby are shops (open up to 24 hours) bank, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Host Rosvitas was very helpful, was always in contact with us and helped us lightning fast every time we needed help or advice (e.g. in case of problems with the internet he sent us a master on the same day who fixed all the problems). Rosvitas is an excellent host. Thank you to him and his nice manager. We didn't care that the pool didn't work! We did not drive to Sozopol because of the pool, but because of the sea and the sea! And even in bad weather you can always go somewhere in Sozopol,there is really something "beautiful" to see and do. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Honestly this studio, resort and location was perfect! A wonderful place for families with access to multiple pools and a private beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kalin's. It was very near to Primorsko Beach, restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay there!

Great location near the beach. It'ssmaller than we expected. There is a slight smell of mold. The complex is very nice and maintained. Host is very responsive.
