Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ubatuba

Great accommodation, starting with Fernanda, who was super kind, nothing to complain about, location as described in the listing, shops nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and butcher, 10-15 min walk to Praia Grande and about 40 min walk to the city center, I took a tour with my parents who also loved the place, I hope to return soon

Flawless accommodation, all very new and functional, the apartment is high standard and well located. The host Camila very attentive to the details and I highlight the proactivity in providing another parking space, because we were in two cars. In short, I recommend and on a return to Ubatuba, I will stay there again.

Delícia de Espaço, fully equipped apartment, air-conditioning in all rooms, large outdoor area, everything super clean and organized. Nothing in this hosting left something to be desired! Not to mention the kindness and sympathy of Lilian (host). Which gave us the most desire to return!!

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.

Apartment as described, very well equipped, the jacuzzi and sauna are a differential for sure, especially for those who choose to go in the cold. Very well furnished with everything we needed, Daniela, who is the co-host, responded quickly, we wanted to stay another day, too bad it didn't work out, but we definitely want to come back

First, thank Sergio for cordiality and attention before and during the stay. The apartment dispenses comments, amazing! The condominium offers a fantastic structure, we went in 6 with two babies and we all accommodated with great comfort! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply cinema! super recommend it.

First, the property is very well located, clean and with furniture, fixtures and fittings of great quality and finish. Michelle as a host was always quick to respond and meet our needs above expectations. The correct instructions and details were provided. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

The stay was perfect, the house is exactly the way presented in the listing, super complete and clean. The condominium is quiet, quiet and quiet. Flávio responds quickly, always worried and friendly, making us feel at home.

extremely clean apartment.. organized. felt at home. we arrived and had a sparkling wine Salton waiting for us in the refrigerator.. the view is more beautiful in person.. I would open the door of the room and give it with that amazing view.. we sleep with the noise of the sea. yes there are the steps as it reports in the comments was worth more than worth it every minute. we return home with the desire to return soon

The apartment is super organized and very clean, with all the household items you may need, especially in the kitchen, which is super complete. It easily holds quite people, rooms with bathrooms, large bedrooms, good beds and mattresses. pool, hydro, sauna everything working perfectly. walk to the beach but nothing that gets in the way. They all felt at home. Renato always replied, and the homemade Marcel hired to clean up the days we stayed and it was really good! recommend and would come back
