Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Ucluelet

We had such a nice stay at First Light. Home was very clean and so charming and the view is stunning. Our teens loved the hot tub and sauna. We loved looking for wildlife - lots of bald eagles. I loved being able to walk to downtown Tofino, would love to go back. Erika couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We were really impressed with all the thoughtful details- there was fruit and chocolate for us as a welcome when we checked in. The home is vintage and I hope the 1970s original features will remain. The cedar walls and ceiling and vintage kitchen cabinets and light fixtures are amazing!

Beautiful, peaceful retreat within minimal driving distance to all the beaches, Pacific Rim National Park and to the town of Tofino. Chesterman Beach is otherworldly and is within biking, walking or driving distance. The Treehouse retreat has close access to bike trails. Uniquely-designed home and curated amenities with Emily Carr-esque tree canopy creating a private oasis nestled within a rainforest environment. Simply amazing!

We loved our stay. It was very clean & cozy & very well kept. It was exactly as described. One fridge was more like a freezer (that we could control) which we appreciated for our frozen foods! Even with it not being a full kitchen we still felt able to cook which was nice. The hot tub was lovely after long days of surfing. Felt very safe in a very quiet neighbourhood. Host was kind enough to let us check in early.

This is a fantastic place to stay by Chesterman Beach. The home is well equipped with a fire place and hot tub, which is set in the middle of the forest. The design is really cool and has a great covered area for barbecuing even in inclement weather. The beach is less than five minutes walking distance from the house so easy to take your surf boards down. Overall, I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Spent 5 nights here in May 2025. Located in a beautiful spot with easy access to a beautiful hike along the water. The view from the hot tub is stellar. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen. We felt right at home! Bryan was friendly, had amazing local recommendations and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome!! Private, spacious, convenient to everything in Tofino. Midcentury vibes. Josh and Kate let us know what we needed to know to get in and get comfy. Only complaint is that we should have stayed longer!!! A long way from North Carolina but we hope to be back before long!

10/10 would escape reality here again. We soaked in the hot tub like blissed-out sea otters, roasted s’mores like it was a competitive sport, and devoured a 3-course meal that somehow nailed it for both a carnivore and a vegan. Great Wi-Fi, so we could post it all in real-time while pretending to unplug. Pure magic. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for us. Steps away from the beach and water, beautiful views, quiet & relaxing. We also had the supreme gift of a otter rolling around on the dock right in front of our deck!

Richtig schöne Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage die Küste zu erkunden. Auch an Regentagen hat man es gemütlich dort. Die Küche ist zwar etwas klein, aber gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich gut arrangieren kann - auch zu viert.

Die Unterkunft in dieser Bucht in der die Häuser stehen, war schlicht und ergreifend der Hammer! Die Unterkunft erfüllt alle Wünsche. Ucluelet hat durch einen äußerst einladenden Charme Eindruck hinterlassen, der einen erneuten Besuch erstrebenswert macht.

Super cute place! The upstairs living space felt like we were living in a beautiful tree house. The view of the water was nice and it was fun to see the tide come in. There were plenty of thoughtful amenities, such as local soaps and coffee. The beach across the street had amazing tide pools and the start of the Wild Pacific Trail. Parking was super easy and just a step away from the front door. Recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. The property was clean and cosy and super comfy bed. Shayla was great with communication and clear instructions. The jacuzzi Bath was a real treat and lovely to look out to the little cove through the trees. Uclulet centre is close there are lovely coffee shops and eateries close by. All the major spots are close and 30-40 minutes drive to Tofino. However great places close like - Little Beach and the Lighthouse trail. Really enjoyed the stay, the location and feel of the beautiful home.

I have stayed at Terrace Beach before so knew It was reliable spot to have a relaxing getaway. Having the full kitchen and comfortable living room makes it feel like home away from home. Bryan was very responsive and helpful. With the beach and stunning coastline trails right in the backyard, this is a great spot for nature lovers.

Stayed here for 3 days — our first time in Ukee! The cabin has everything you need and is very cozy. We especially loved watching the tide roll in and out in the cove. Also the access to the wild pacific trail is BANANAS. It was so awesome to walk our dogs all over straight from the house. Loved our visit and would definitely come back.

We loved staying here and watching the harbour from the window. We saw a lot of wildlife! The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the essentials for a longer stay.

Absolutely loved the place — beautifully designed, super clean, and full of thoughtful details. The hot tub was amazing, and it really felt like home. What truly stole my heart was the full recycling setup — it’s the first time I’ve stayed somewhere with proper waste sorting. As a frequent traveler, that meant a lot.

This was one of the most memorable stays we've had throughout all our years travelling. The photos truly don't capture how great this place is. We had a private spa surrounded by a beautiful forest - it was magical. The backyard is very private and it was super quiet. The unit has every amenity and we'd recommend anyone stay here for a romantic getaway and hope we can come back one day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The suite is spacious, beautiful and immaculate. Communication was great with Marie- Eve. We loved having access to the hot tub for relaxing in after a long day. We were travelling with our baby and we had lots of space for her things too. We actually ended up setting up her travel crib in the closet next to the washer and dryer, which was convenient for not disturbing her in the evening. It’s an easy walk to the hub of Tofino. The brewery is very handy, which my partner loved. We also super appreciated having access to a washer and dryer with having a baby who makes messes and being able to dry wet clothes quickly when necessary. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend you stay here for a super chill vacation. We plan on coming back in the future!!

The space was perfect! Great location, comfortable bedding, nice hot tub, quick access to the beach and absolutely amazing sunset views from the balcony. Hosts were great, lots of helpful info and super responsive. Awesome stay in Ucluelet and would love to come back!

Very comfortable bed - firm with some soft. Hot tub was amazing, beautiful location, private and quiet. Conveniently located between Ucluelet and Tofino. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible trip! It’s hard not to fall in love with Tofino staying at Cedarwood Cove. From the location and cabin itself, to all the amenities and amazing and accommodating hosts Alan and Michelle, we had the perfect trip and honeymoon! Don’t think about it, just book it and you won’t be sorry. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Another excellent weekend here! This was our second time using the accommodation, we couldn’t think of a better place to stay in Tofino. Beautiful views, large, clean home and pet friendly!
