In the heart of our olive grove in Kali, there is a 19m² cottage for anyone who wants to be at one with nature and spend a peaceful, quiet vacation on the sunny island of Ugljan. The house is modernly decorated with beautiful surroundings and an orchard. It is located 10 minutes walk from Kali and can be accessed by car. Nearby, there is a lovely promenade and a bike path through the woods. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway!

Villa Matea 6+1

This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Matea. It consists of three rooms: two rooms have a double bed, and one room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room, and there is access to the terrace. In the courtyard, there is a 45-square-meter (484-square-foot) swimming pool and a summer kitchen that guests can use. Likewise, lounge chairs and umbrellas are free of charge, and guests are welcome to use them. The entire property is enclosed by a fence.

You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (from 15.9 till 1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
