From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. There is a public parking in front of the entrance gate. The building is a short walk from the subway and just 1 minute from the tram and bus stop. The neighboring shopping mall has plenty of restaurants and cafes, while the nearby Green Royal Łazienki Park is where Chopin concerts are played. ✔There is a whole lot more to see in the area and everything is in walking distance. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). There is another great mode of transportation in Warsaw, which is Uber-Taxi or ✔MyTaxi (taxi via App) and Traficar (car rental via App). ✔The electricity and water bill is included in the total rental price. ✔We will gladly assist you in purchase of commuter tickets and bicycle or car rentals.
