Bus connection is available (107) about 30 minutes to Uppsala C, about 40 minutes by bicycle. Fully-equipped kitchen & bathroom. (no washing machine, but can be arranged by agreement) Separate dining room, work room, bedroom. Normally, the accommodation is rented to a maximum of 2 people. For stays/accommodation for a longer period, a special agreement can be made for monthly rent & operating costs. The house can then be rented with room for 3 people.

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.
