Apartment holiday rentals in Ulu Tiram

Bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was decent. Appreciate that the hosts were responsive and friendly. Some snacks were even provided. No issues with collection of keys. Finding the right parking lot was confusing at first, but detailed instructions were provided (video provided). After figuring it out the first time, we had no issue navigating the carpark subsequently. Shampoo and body soap is provided (no conditioner). If you have sensitive skin, recommend that you bring your own shampoo. Location is not bad— near KSL. It’s a bustling area, good options for food to drive to. Just note that call to prayer from can be heard in the early morning.

Great location, clean apartment, awesome view from 24th floor. It would enhance our experience further if there could be mirrors placed in the bedrooms too. Mirrors are only fixed in the bathrooms.

Place has a nice interior and comfortable furniture with lots to watch on the TV. The facilities also looked and were amazing.

all in all, it was an enjoyable stay! the place looked exactly like the pictures and the entertainment in the apartment occupied us so well, didn’t expect to play the arcade game or karaoke for a log. time but we did! location was easy to find and instructions given to check in as well as how to use the appliances were easily understood with the pictures/videos sent. would definitely come back again!

Ding Siew was extremely friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay. The room is super clean, aesthetic and comfortable. We could use the projector well, and the kitchen and toilet were spotless and neat. Check-in was seamless and we even chose to extend our stay because of how comfortable and clean the room was! thank you for the wonderful stay:)

The place is exactly like the pictures from the listing. It is so clean and feels like home! There are thoughtful and useful amenities that really stands out like towels, Dyson similar hairdryer, water filter dispenser and even a standing steamer. They are also very friendly, responsive and accommodating. This is really an amazing stay and I will book with them again!!

Check-in instructions were clear, easy to follow, and hassle-free. The place was clean, though a bit outdated—but for the price, it was absolutely worth it. The air conditioning worked well, and the two ceiling fans provided good air circulation. The towels looked a bit worn but smelled clean, which was reassuring. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fine, and there were no unpleasant odors. Overall, a good stay for the price. Updating the carpets, towels, or even the dish sponge would help freshen up the space, but nothing major to complain about. Would definitely stay again if I get the chance!

Excellent location, Medini mall is across the road. Apartment is spacious and is suitable for larger families, with delightfully made up children's beds and a little tent for children to play in. Gym and pool for any one who requires their daily exercise.

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
