Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

With only the birds to wake you, The Little Barn is a tranquil escape to enjoy. It is located between Dartmoor and Exmoor and a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Devon beaches of Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay. There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

The old engine house

Peace is guaranteed. The well equipped, comfortable first floor apartment is situated down a quiet country lane surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Taw Valley. It is well situated to explore North Devon with its amazing beaches, beautiful countryside and quaint villages. It is less than a 5 minute stroll from the 16th century Rising Sun inn. It is also within easy walking distance of the rail station , a request stop on the Barnstaple - Exeter line. Secure bike storage available

The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! Bedport Loft is a tranquil couples romantic retreat situated between Exmoor and Dartmoor on the outskirts of the small village of Burrington. Five minute drive to our local golf club, Libbaton which has a bar and restaurant.
