What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. Overall, a lovely stay with a wonderful host. Thank you so much for everything! 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay, except that it was too short! We will need to return for a longer stay to really allow the peace and calm there to sink in. Special thanks to Mario and his daughter for welcoming us even though we were delayed several hours by the power outage in France’s Alpes-Maritime region, where we were arriving from. The sitting area in the garden has a spectacular view of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Next time, we will make better use of it, including for star-gazing in the clear night sky.

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. For anyone wanting to experience the Tuscan hospitality, beauty and Italian charm this is the perfect location for you! Families, groups, single travelers all welcome and provided appropriate accommodations . The views are picturesque and the owner and staff are truly dedicated to sharing Tuscany with you! The farm/winery tour followed by the wine luncheon is a must do! The entire staff is truly cares about your experience and happily wants to pass on their knowledge to you. Having the beautiful pool and patio was a perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon. We are hoping to return this year for another Tuscan respite! Thank you to Chiara for sharing family home!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

SPLENDID stay...... there is no other adjective to express this weekend....... we had a great time, everything was perfect, clean, tidy, the house was very fresh, the pool was beautiful, nothing was really missing, indeed Elwin (very kind and available for everything) made us find some attentions that I particularly appreciated, we found wine, fruit juice, eggs, snacks, all delicacies that are not obvious and are enormously pleasing. I personally have had various experiences of this kind, but this time everything was truly PERFECT. I really hope to be able to return. For those who want to spend a relaxing, restful and peaceful weekend, I highly recommend it. Thanks again to Elwin and Yvette. See you soon.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

What can Isay... we really felt at home. Really friendly and friendly hosts, able to make you feel part of the family. Relaxing location and immersed in complete tranquility despite being only 5 minutes from the "chaos" of the country. Umbertide is then in a strategic position enough to be able to easily reach beautiful places such as Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia and much more. Very, very good value....the restaurant of the location is really something special, quality raw material and unique flavors. We had a really beautiful vacation.... really congratulations to Stefania and Michele, keep it up 😊💪🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

We needed a place for one night and we ran into this apartment. In the conversations prior to the day of check-in in Valentina, she was available, polite, and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by the mother Manuela who welcomed us in an extremely nice and exhaustive way. It made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even more than we needed) and includes every comfort. A small detail that I really liked was the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely also recommended for the location because I discovered that umbertide is really a nice country. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!
