A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Enjoy our 19th century guest house with an authenticity combined with modern aspects. Bask at of our views over our empty landscape and infinity pool. The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

Ca' Panicale - Swimming pool, SPA, Gym, Privacy

An exclusive residence on the slopes of Monte Nerone and just minutes from Acqualagna, Fossombrone, Cagli. The sea is about 35 minutes by car. The Chalet Cà Panicale is an apartment with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Just over against the apartment you enter the new private kitchen and the reading and billiard room. The price includes use of the outdoor pool, sauna, turkish bath, Technogym gym, wifi, pool, barbeque and much more. Horse boarding available at 10€ per day.

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

Il Bandito Arancione is located in the picturesque Italian countryside of Umbria, surrounded by breathtaking nature and historic beauty. Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, and Perugia are all within easy reach. The holiday home is part of a farmhouse over 150 years old but is completely independent with its own driveway and private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a comfortable sofa bed. The saltwater pool is beautifully situated and offers a fantastic view.

Welcome to Orion at Colle sul Lago. This independent villa on the property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one bedroom is ensuite). There is a large kitchen and an outdoor terrace, both with dining tables. Wake up in true Italian style and enjoy your cappuccino looking out over Lake Montepulciano. Una Scelta: accommodation in the heart of nature

Una Scelta. Lost in the viterbese countryside, in the heart of the Tuscia, you immediately feel soothed by the calm and the magnificent view overlooking the neighboring Umbrian hills. You will be staying in a pretty 10ha estate in organic farming. A 1.5 ha vineyard, a hundred olive trees, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, a single room with a private pool and its table d'hôtes are the main areas of activity. Come and relax in this quiet and stylish space.

Delightful countryside annex

In the charming setting of the Umbrian calanques, in a quiet and very panoramic position on a single level with private porch, large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A few minutes from the A1 motorway and the Fabro-Ficulle train station, the house is great for a relaxing stay halfway between Rome and Florence. Wi-Fi available. Unfortunately, we can't accept children. Please note that the heating fee is excluded from the price.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.
