Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ümraniye

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Hüseyin was very quick to respond and helpful in all matters Would love to come back again

Anymore, after 've beee at Fatih's home alone, ones of my freiends have been arrivederci from a long travel in Asia. also he, had stayed like at home, and Fatih so special. We'll remember this days like a special gift. Uskudar for us, just with Fatih, a momento so amazing and special. With food and coffe tofether e so many duggestion by the host. Thank you Fatih!

Had an amazing time in Selcuk’s apartment in which I stayed for 5 months for my exchange at Bogazici University. It was the perfect location since it is close to the uni. The apartment itself has a nice atmosphere and possesses any items you may need. The balcony has a very nice view.

Salondan doğrudan terasa geçiş yapabilme olanağının olması güzel, manzara ve konumu muhteşem. Salon küçük olmasına rağmen şirin bir iç tasarımı var. Oldukça temiz. Ortaköy merkeze 7-10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, konumu merkezi. Bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu. Ortaköy’de konaklamak istediğimde tekrar tercih edeceğim. Teşekkürler!

Excellent accueil! Personnel très agréable! Chambre nickel, literie confortable! Tres bien situé pour visiter! Par contre bruillant jusqu'à minuit et a partir de 6h car juste a côté du tramway....

Great place to stay with reasonable price

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, da die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren und die Unterkunft eine sehr zentrale und dennoch relativ ruhige Lage hat. Nur sind in der Küchenzeile leider keine Utensilien wie Besteck vorhanden.
