Centrally located in the capital city of Shillong offering a peaceful environment, perfect for getaways/long stays/workations. The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. This unit is on the second floor and does not have two separate bedrooms. One bed is in the hall which also has a sitting and dining area. It has a 43" Smart TV with broadband connection and basic kitchen items for you to prepare your own breakfast. Situated in one of the best residential and commercial area of Shillong, we are only 5 minutes walk from from the bustling Laitumkhrah main road where you can find all kinds of shops and some of the best cafes, bistros, and restaurants in town.

The Home Stay

You are at this charming, one-of-a-kind place in the city, spacious, quiet and a little away from the crowd. The Home Stay has 2 queensize beds & 1 comfy sofa cum bed and can easily accomodate 5 people. For a 4 + 3 booking, our guests can book the second property, a studio annexe at The Home Stay and can be accessed through the link - airbnb.com/h/the-home-stay-studio. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

Located about 5 kms fr main city, guests can enjoy their stay in a place a little away from town which is easily accessible by 4 or 2 wheeler. Guests have absolute privacy as only one home is located in the property. To make their visit more adventurous, guests can explore scenic places of their choice on Cycles or E-Cycles which can be rented out fr this facility

Brio Villa Homestay - 2.5 Bedroom Apartment

Our place is perfect for families and solo travelers. Situated on the 1st floor, has 2 spacious bedrooms, also listed separately, opening to a common sitting area. It also offers private access to the rooms and a private parking space for small and medium sized cars. A short walk from the neighbourhood shops and a short drive from the highway, our place is convenient for guests who wish to make it a base while on holiday or for those looking for a quiet time to relax.

Welcome to Ka-ïing! In Khasi the name means 'our home'. This 3 bhk fully furnished apartment is ideal for large groups and families. We house 6 people comfortably. We also have a fully equipped and functional kitchen. We are centrally located, and Shillong's markets and tourist spots are easily accessible by foot. You can also do a day hike into the pine forest right behind the house! Note* We also have a room for a driver.
