A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. This is a very cozy self contained suite in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Very Large private deck. Enjoy your time during our foliage season. Many things to do nearby. Minutes from hiking in "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe. Please note that in the winter months the notch Road is closed and you will have to drive around the mountain to Stowe. It is about a 50 min drive.
