Holiday rentals with breakfast in Unguja North Region

Joyce’s was an incredible host and made my friend and I feel very relaxed having just completed Mount Kilimanjaro trek. Joyce arranged for a taxi to collect and drop us off at the airport for a reasonable price and the food provided is great! Definitely worth the price and accommodated the needs of everyone. Eating meals around one big table with other guests was a new experience to me but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone was friendly and Joyce made every effort to make us feel at home. I would wholeheartedly come back! The location is ideal for those wanting to stay away from tourists areas and you practically have an entire beach to yourself! Logically arranged activities including snorkelling are worth it! Thank you!

Hanna, Inès et moi vous remercions énormément pour cet accueil unique. Le cadre est sublime, Paulette et Didier ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Paulette a su répondre à nos besoins et nous a préparé un festin excellent (spécialité congolaise/swahili) avec des produits frais. Sa cuisine est faite avec amour et beaucoup d’attention. La décoration de chaque chambre et séjour commun sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous recommandons cette maison d’hôte. À bientôt!!

Just Heaven

The apartment is perfect for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beautiful beach. Different to most airbnbs we’ve stayed at - Not totally private as it is more of a family hospitality feeling rather than hotel style airbnb. We appreciated the local recommendations and daily clean, comfortable bed, breakfast, meals on request, and the onsite general manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and flexible for timings. It is Zanzibar so expect some small hiccups such as short power/wifi/water cuts - a small price to pay for paradise.

Room was right on the beach! We were treated very well and the host replied quickly when we had questions.

Kamila gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, dass es den Gästen im Hotel gut geht. Das Frühstück morgens war sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Etwas ungeschickt ist die Lage. Leider ist sie direkt an einem einheimischen Dorf, daher etwas eher für adventure-Guests.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett neu und wird liebevoll von Lisa und ihrem Mann gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gesund und nahrhaft. Wie man es sich wünscht :) In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem tollen Naturstrand, der nicht von vielen Touristen belagert ist und man hat seine Ruhe. Mit dem Mopedtaxi kann man jederzeit in die Stadt, bzw. sich auch Sachen ins Airbnb liefern lassen… das ist wirklich ein toller Service. Wenn man einen längeren Ausflug plant, sind die Gastgeber stets zu Hilfe einen Wagen mit Fahrer zu organisieren. Im Airbnb ist keine Kilmaanlage, was aber nicht stört, da im oberen Stock stets ein guter Luftstrom durch die Deckenventilatoren + Balkon entsteht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ottima vista, alloggio bello e nuovo, spazi esterni sull’oceano. L’unica pecca è che la location è in mezzo al nulla, ove non esistono nemmeno i servizi minimi. Comunque noi siamo stati molto bene

Excellent acceuil de Liza & Nialam, qui gèrent l'hôtel. Très chaleureux & aux petits soins pour nous pendant ces 2 semaines. Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Climatisation apprécié dans la chambre. Une forte odeur à notre arrivée provenant du bac d'évaporation du réfrigérateur. Problème rapidement résolu à notre demande par Liza et Nialam. Matelas très très dure. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et très bon, boisson, fruits frais, jus de fruits, omelette pains et crêpes. Nous avons manger plusieurs fois au pontil, bon & tarif correcte ainsi qu'à once again fast-food, restaurant local très abordable. Nous avons péché & nagé depuis la plage mais la barrière reste très loin du bord de plage & inaccessible même à marée basse. Nous avons fait plusieurs plongée sous marine avec ONE OCEAN recommandé par l'hôte & s'était vraiment top! Prise en charge & Professionnalisme+++ . Au calme. Terrasse couverte & ombragée très appréciée. 1 super séjour. Merci à cette belle Équipe

The place gave us exactly what we came for in Zanzibar, the beach front , only issue i had was how to get to the place , google map took us to different Zanzibar beach house and I didn’t have a sim card or data to communicate wt the owner , I think it’s better to use matemwe or just heaven apartment coz the locals know this places , the lady Esta was always there to help with whatever we needed and the owner always asking if we needed anything, so me and my friends felt at home . Thanks for the memories.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Simona und Mustafa war großartig. Ich habe mich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Simona ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und ist eine kleine ruhige, grüne Oase in bester Lage, in der man nah am Strand gelegen ist und trotzdem Ruhe und Entspannung finden kann. Für mich war dieses kleine Paradies eine der schönste Unterkünfte in ganz Zanzibar. Ich würde jedem empfehlen hier ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Ich komme wieder, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch🙏🏽

Eine wirklich süße Unterkunft. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Wir waren insgesamt 8 Tage hier zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag anders, immer mit einem Teller frischem Obst und gutem Kaffee. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist etwas salzig aber nichts worüber man sich beschweren sollte. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Erkan place is located in the most beautiful part of Nungwi with many amazing restaurants and beaches. It is a super peaceful place to stay, surrounded by palm tree and very clean and secure - feels like best vacations memories. Erkan itself is a very friendly person, super collaborative and easygoing. He recommended us couple of best worth spending places around Nungwi and I must admit all of the were spot on.

Durch das Fenster konnte man das Meer sehen. Was man auf den Fotos nicht sieht, man hat ein paar Minuten Fußweg, bis man wirklich am Wasser ist. Ansonsten ist es aber sehr schön. Wir hatten dort unsere Ruhe, konnten uns direkt vor dem Häuschen auf Liegen sonnen. Jeden Morgen haben wir Frühstück auf die Terasse bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

The communication with Bagamoyo went smoothly, the accommodation is beautifully located and overall we were very happy with the booking. The garden is a dream and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. Very, very friendly staff at the Spice Villa. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

We spent almost a month in this house. The room is great, the place is quiet and everything is green. There were very tasty and varied breakfasts. The room was always clean, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Special thanks to Mudi for this! When the electricity was out on the island, this house always had electricity and Wi-Fi, which made remote work comfortable at any time. I would like to separately mention the owners Simona, Musa and their wonderful daughter Jamilla :) Wonderful people with whom it is interesting to communicate, from the first minutes it became clear that these people treat their guests very warmly and love to host people. We will definitely come to Simona and her family to visit again!
