We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Highlight was the unbelievable views from the pool and terrace. The villa and garden with pool & basketball/football court is completely private, perfect for small groups. There are some great local restaurants and river beaches, and Porto centre is only a short drive away. Be warned - there are lots of steep and narrow roads! João was a brilliant host - greeting us on arrival, and easy to reach throughout. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

De facto não me surpreendeu pelos comentários que já tinha lido. Casa extremamente cheirosa, acolhedora com imensos jogos para se entreter mesmo em dias chuvosos como tivemos. Pequenos pormenores que nos cativaram cada dia passado, sem falar da vista para o Douro que não me cansava de admirar. Obrigada

We had a great time at Rui’s place. The set up, with two separate houses, was perfect for our two families. The kids absolutely loved all of the outdoor activities between the two houses. Rui was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The Ubers are very cheap and plentiful, so made getting into Porto easy. Just be aware that you can’t walk anywhere from the house, so everything you need is either a car ride or delivery.

Beautifully designed apartment with a great atmosphere and beautiful views of the river in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk into the middle of town - about ten minutes for us. We enjoyed the pool too! Highly recommended.

The house is pristine, and beautiful, but also homely. We had an amazing time, and would love to go back. Carla is a very generous and responsive host, who made us feel very welcome and left us alone to have a fantastic stay.

Wir hatten einen wirklichen tollen Aufenthalt. Hernani und seine Mutter waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar mit leckerem Frühstück versorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, hell und durch den Kamin auch wirklich gemütlich. Auf Grund von der Jahreszeit haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt, der aber auch in einem top Zustand ist. Absolute Empfehlung

Très belle maison plutôt spacieuse tout à fait fidèle aux photos. Les trois chambres sont à l’étage. Parfait pour 6 personnes. Idéalement situé pour visiter le nord du Portugal sans être loin de porto. Magasins à moins de 10 min et la gare à 5 min permet de rejoindre porto en 50min pour 2,90€ ! Merci à Dominique d’avoir été réactif tout au long de notre séjour

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar para quem busca tranquilidade. A vista é linda. Fácil acesso de carro para o Gerês. As piscinas disponíveis também são ótimas para se ter em um dia de calor. Os gatos que circulam pela propriedade também foram uma surpresa agradável :). Voltaria!

A fantastic and unique space that really shows the incredible potential of buildings in Porto. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Náhir and her Sister are great hosts responded very quickly when we needed help. Their place is very cozy and central highly recommended when staying in Porto.

A lovely and unique stay with your very own waterfall! The host is quick to respond and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay either out exploring or by the pool.

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

La estancia ha sido estupenda y nos hemos sentido como en casa porque no faltaba de nada. La comunicación ha sido rápida y eficaz y Jorge es muy amable. El patio es bonito y te hace sentir como en el campo. La casa estaba muy limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y apenas se oían ruidos. Hemos descansado estupendamente. Para repetir.

Enquadramento numa zona privilegiada, onde o pinhal e a duna se fundem. Decoração confortante e acolhedora. Arquitectura moderna contextualizada com a natureza envolvente. Sem dúvida um refúgio para restaurar a paz e carregar energias.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Apulia, l'environnement à la nature florissante et l'air iodé nous ont offerts de jolies balades ! Beaucoup de choix au niveau des restaurants, et plusieurs mercados à proximité. Le logement est sympathique, fonctionnel et frais. Petit bémol pour le manque de luminosité et le bruit des chiens. José Pedro a été un hôte très agréable et de bons conseils... il parle très bien français et ça c'est un plus ! Nous garderons un agréable souvenir de ce séjour... Merci José Pedro !

A casa é perfeita, muito bonita, estava tudo impecável, tem vários utensílios domésticos, a cama é confortável, a piscina excelente, tem uma cozinha do lado de fora que faz toda diferença, foram dias maravilhosos, o sr. Arcilio e a Daniela são pessoas incríveis, a minha família se sentiu em casa, melhor casa que já ficamos, voltaremos com certeza.

Super Séjour chez Fernando. Le logement est impeccable et l'accueil d'Irène est très sympathique. c'était la première fois qu'un hôte prenait le temps de m'appeler pour tout éxpliquer avant notre arrivée. Le lieu est paisible, la seconde chambre n'est pas située dans la maison principale mais dans une bâtisse au sein de la cour. Cela permet l'intimité des différentes personnes. La vue sur l'océan est un plus. un grand merci à Fernando et surtout à Irène pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. A très bientôt 😊

Petite maison très bien situé dans une rue calme, à sens unique avec peu de circulation mis à part les piétons. Très calme, appartement très fonctionnel, fait avec beaucoup de goût ! Au pied de la mer, je recommande énormément !

Espaço 5 estrelas tal como descrito, além de espaçoso também acolhedor. Zona muito sossegada o que acaba por ser ótimo para fazer proveito do descanso das férias. Muito bem localizada, com tudo perto de casa (mini preço, pingo doce, continente, mercado a), uma ciclovia muito perto de casa o que acaba por ser ótimo para passear até a praia, bares e restaurantes ou até mesmo fazer um passeio de bicicleta. Recomendamos esta casa pois conseguimos obter tudo o que pretendíamos para tirarmos uma boas férias e aproveitar para descobrir a Póvoa. Com toda a certeza que iremos voltar, pois foi fantástico. Obrigado pela semana proporcionada e até uma próxima 😁

This was my second time staying here and everything was perfect Sonia is an amazing host always available and willing to help with anything The location is fantastic with shops and excellent restaurants with great food and good value for money and off course the beach is right there loved it and will come again Thank you Sonia for your hospitality

Um lugar incrível para passar uns dias, com muitas atividades para fazer na propriedade. Recomendamos para grupos de mais de 6 pessoas para aproveitar ao máximo; também é muito familiar. O proprietário foi muito atencioso e flexível. Sem queixas, apenas elogios. Esperamos voltar!
