The location of the apartment is great, the ferry to Lisbon is within walking distance, as well as restaurants and cafes in Seixal. There is also a bus station nearby. The apartment itself has everything you need and much more. The kitchen is super equipped, the bathrooms are beautiful, clean and modern. The bedrooms are also great, the mattresses are comfortable. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and look out over the water. We felt very comfortable in the apartment!

Antonio was a great host and his place was quaint, comfortable, and in a really nice location, right next to the supermarket. Day trips over the bridge to downtown Lisbon were easy and everything was really accessible. The kitchen had everything you need and António even went out of the way to get us a fan because the AC is only in the front room. Thanks, Antonio!

The apartment is clean and has all the modern amenities for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of good restaurants around like Ottcchii and others... There are plenty of cheap shops around, coffee and the beach is not far away. Mr. Joâo is an available, pleasant Host who does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. I loved the stay!!!

Accessible place, although no one is there to welcome you and you don't really know if you are dealing with staff or tenants around the accommodation. A few flies when we arrived, but they left quite quickly. Everything is tidy, and as described. The walls are a little thin, but the instructions state that residents must be quiet so that compensates. It is not technically in Lisbon, but the place is strategically well placed to access it easily and has many supermarkets nearby.

This was nice spacious “feel like home “place located close to many restaurants .Although not in the center of tourist traffic( which we appreciated ,by the way),it had taken us a brisk walk or few Euros to get to the center of “tourist madness of Lisbon”. We appreciated to be able to walk to Amazem for a pizza or pasta of excellent quality without booking ,and be well treated by the friendly staff . For those , who love gourmet dining, just round the corner, there is Michelin recommended restaurant Solar dos Nunes,make sure you book in advance. For casual diners, you are next to LXfactory full of restaurants and local stores with local products of various sorts. The place is also located close to many grocery stores, which will satisfy needs of any traveller. Great stay, great experience .Thank you.

We have stayed with many Star Hosts on Airbnb, but I can easily say that Iza’s place and preparation were in a class of their own. We would repeat this booking without question — and will probably be looking for excuses to come back to Lisbon just to stay with her.

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon…the ferry is a 10 minute walk away with a nice small beach right next to it…the ferry drops you of where all busses ,tram and metro or train lines meet…the apartment is well stocked one of the best we have been in…it is on the third floor without elevator but does have nice wide staircase…the outside patio is real big and offers nice summer breeze …bed is super firm but was ok for us…parking is secure and a bonus…good for smaller cars as it is tight to get in the door…a grocery store five minute walk and a small store right across the street which was nice…it was good to have more than 4of each kitchen utensils and lots of plates and bowls so we could load up dishwasher if needed…there was AC but both units were noisy and could not use at night ….owner was notified and stated he was unaware and would fix…overall would recommend and use again….

A very pleasant family stay nearby beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, fishmongers... the dream :) We had barbecues every day. The accommodation is equipped as if to live there, all the accessories are there, even board games to play in the evening. We'll be back for sure!!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. You have a fantastic view of Lisbon and a beach right on your doorstep. The furnishings and furniture are kept simple, so no luxurious frills, which we don't like anyway. Joao is very nice and accommodating and also gives tips for activities around Lisbon. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely, spacious and well equipped. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a super market across the road. We particularly liked the district and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

We were in Ricardo's apartment for the third time. He has completely renovated the apartment this year and installed a brand new kitchen and laid new flooring, and the electrical appliances in the kitchen are also new. The roof terrace is beautiful. In the evening, you can relax wonderfully in the whirlpool. The apartment is superbly located for sightseeing in the city. Next door is the Lidl supermarket and in the same building an Auchan in which you can perfectly cater for yourself and grill on the existing roof terrace. A big plus and extremely rare is the underground car park with a parking space for the car for excursions. There are no outdoor parking spaces in Lisbon and that's why there is a parking space in the underground garage. Perfect.

Sure! Here's a quick review for your Airbnb stay: --- We had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s flat! The space was perfect for our group of four—it was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Convenient stores were 5 minutes away. One of the highlights was definitely the terrace, which provided a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

Staying at Ana and Jorge’s place in Lisbon may be the best AirBnB experience I’ve had. They are super responsive and make sure you got in and settled. The listing is also very convenient to buses and metro, and doesn’t take a long time from the airport either. An ALDI and Auchan are nearby and the street is quiet at night. The listing was clean, comfortable, and was large enough that we felt we had enough personal space while we were there. But what really sets Ana and Jorge apart is how much they care. We were greeted with homemade food made by Ana and Jorge, left for us for when we arrived and they brought us something else to try later in our stay. It was all delicious and really shows how much they enjoy hosting guests. I highly recommend Ana and Jorge as hosts and this listing is perfect for a trip to Lisbon.
