House holiday rentals in Union City

This is my second time staying and it was just as amazing as the first time, if not better! The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is the perfect spot for a staycation! Jeamcarlos is a top tier host! So incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay! I can’t wait to stay here again!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Vered the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive from the first minute we spoke. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and in a very nice neighbourhood. The area is also safe and very close to the airport and away from the business of the borough. I'll be staying there in the future again.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short trip to the city and walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful parks. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the outdoor space was a fantastic bonus. Next time we come to the city we’ll be booking again!

We hosted a small on-site meeting at a nearby coworking space in Dobbs Ferry. 5 co-workers stayed here. It was super comfy and everyone enjoyed it.

Incredible place; incredible stay! The place was clean and as-described. She was SUPER responsive and very friendly! The bed was so comfy and it was a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop which you can take to NYC. Highly recommend! Just giving you a head’s up that the bus does not run all night at that stop.

Mel was very responsive. Place was very clean when we arrived. Parking was a breeze. She provided us with extra amenities like extra tooth brushes and water. Buses to manhattan are very close. Tons of food spots near by. The shower was a little too small for my liking but overall an amazing experience!

We had a fantastic stay at the Jose & Melissa’s house during our New York trip. The location was super convenient—just a quick Uber into Manhattan, but with the added bonus of being in a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood. Perfect balance for exploring the city while having a peaceful place to recharge at night. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and host was responsive and friendly, offering helpful local tips and making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I had a great stay in North Bergen! The area was super convenient and felt safe, with everything I needed close by. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and I felt really at home. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jian's place is clean, comfortable, and a good value for a short stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the apt is a 15 minute bus ride to downtown Flushing, and 5 minutes by uber from LGA. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe walking late at night. However you will hear the planes taking off from LGA. Check-in is via a keypad and Jian responds quickly to any questions. There was a glitch at the beginning of the stay which Jian resolved quickly. The nearest subway into Manhattan is from downtown Flushing, so traveling into Manhattan can take 90 minutes, or even longer if returning late at night as the buses from Flushing run less frequently. The bed and linens are comfortable and of good quality, the bathroom has a large step-in shower with great water pressure and instant hot water. Flushing is a great destination for authentic Chinese food with more variety and better prices than Chinatown. I definitely recommend Jian's place.

Karin was very kind throughout our stay. He brought us water and was very accommodating. The studio is nice and comfortable, I had a very peaceful stay. Perfect for a short day/weekend trip.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Modern and nice, location is very walkable with many options for dining and entertainment. Warninanco park is a short walk from here. Overall great stay with responsive host. Laundry very convenient.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.
