Jamel was very friendly and very responsive. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Very respectful, and everything listed was available. Quiet neighborhood and respectful neighbors. 10/10 Would stay at again!

Bob's Place was perfect for our family of 3. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, aesthetic, and accommodations. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the space seemed larger than in the photos. Bob was very attentive and quick to reply to any questions and/or needs. We would definitely stay again!

Amanda is a great host, all pictures and descriptions are all as it is. Very clean house and lot of space. We went 10 person including 3 kids but never felt over crowded. Train station to NYC Pen station is just 5 minutes walk. All instructions and arrangements are so well planned that we didn’t really need anything to follow up, indeed Amanda was responsive from checkin to checkout. Pantry in the kitchen has some basic stuffs which was plus for a guest. Overall it was beautiful home, well arranged and great stay. Thank you Amanda for hosting.

Beautiful spot and probably one of my favorite stays. Beds were comfortable and the house was cozy. The driveway is gated which is extra nice. Close to everything we wanted and plenty of space for a party of 5 with no problems. If I ever venture back to the area, will definitely stay again.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Dee was very accommodating to walk the house prior to our check in to familiarize our stay. She was also always quick to respond with any questions or concerns about the house. It is in a great community close to were we where working and always felt safe and quite neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping.

We absolutely loved our stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to a train station and plenty of local restaurants. Place was clean and tidy and just as described. Would definitely book again if I come back to town.

My husband and I spent two pleasant nights at Halima’s place in Hillside. We were attending an event nearby and also have family in the area so the location worked great for us. It was easy to find with available on street parking. Having a pet friendly location was a must for this trip so that was a bonus. Our pups enjoyed the park that was just around the corner. The apartment was lovely,. It had plenty of space, was tastefully furnished and had beautiful house plants throughout. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom is on the small side but was super clean, as was the rest of the house. We really appreciated the clear directions and ease of checking in and out. This apartment met all of our needs and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was very spacious and accommodating. Check in was easy and my guest and I were able to enjoy a peaceful weekend and invite company. Absolutely worth it.

The apartment is very clean and cozy. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The equipment is very good. We were five people and stayed for a week. Stores are within walking distance and the train station is less than ten minutes away on foot. From there it is a twenty minute train ride to the World Trade Center. If we had needed anything, we could have contacted our hosts at any time. They are always available and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—the bed and sheets were especially great, and the bathroom was clean. It’s in a walkable location near Penn Station with good parking options. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at times, but the place itself was really nice overall.

Finally someone who really deserves to be called superhost. The listing could not be more accurat und everything worked like a clockwork. You want fast answers? Try Jenna. It feels like you get the answer before even texted the question. The neighborhood is not totally New Jerseys's finest, but we wanted a central location, close to the airport, ways to everywhere as short as possible. Would I book it again? Yes. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes. So a 5 star rating for this rental, only because 10 stars is not possible.

Josh was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating to all inquiries. Check-in instructions are clear and detailed. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and full of amenities as described in the listing. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to bus station, nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Accessible to Newark Penn station by 15mins. walk. Overall great experience! We highly recommend this place!

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
